का.आका.आका.आका.आ. 290. 290. 290. 290(अ)(अ)(अ)(अ)....————कयर उद्योग नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 4 और 5 के साथ पठित कयर उद्योग अधिनियम, 1953 (1953 का 45) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते -ए, के न्0 सरकार द्वारा 1ी जी.एम. सि4े5र, संसद सदस्य, लोक सभा को सरकारी राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तिथि से 29 सितम्बर, 2018 तक की अवधि के लिए कयर बोर्ड का सदस्य नियुक्त किया जाता है और इस उद्देश्य के लिए सूJम, लघु और मध्यम उद्यम मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 30 सितम्बर, 2015 की अधिसूचना सं का.आ. 2677(अ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, नामतः-

2. उक्त अधिसूचना में, शीर्ष 1ेणी-(ई) के अंतर्गत, Uम संख्या 1 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टि के लिए निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामतः-

New Delhi, the 18th January, 2018

S.O. 290(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Coir Industry Act, 1953 (45 of 1953), read with rules 4 and 5 of the Coir Industry Rules, 1954, the Central Government hereby appoints Sh. G.M. Siddeshwara, Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha to be a member of the Coir Board for a period up to 29th September, 2018 with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette and for the said purpose, makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, number S.O. 2677(E), dated the 30th September, 2015, namely:-

2. In the said notification, under the heading Category-(e), for Serial number 1 and the entry relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
