dk-vk- 302¼v½.—केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए उप-खण्ड अधिकारी, जैसलमेर को राजस्थान राज्य में नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 11 के 0.000 कि.मी. से 101.197 कि.मी. (म्याजलार-जैसलमेर रोड सेक्शन) तक के भूखण्ड का निर्माण (चौड़ा करने/दो/चार लेन का बनाने आदि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन के लिए उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ंसक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रुप में प्राधिकृत करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th January, 2018
S.O. 302(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Sub-Divisional Officer,Jaisalmer as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from km. 0.000 to km. 101.197 (Myajlar-Jaisalmer Road Section ) of the National Highway No. 11 for building (widening / two/ four laning etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of Rajasthan as specified in the Schedule given below.
