और यत:, के 78 सरकार ने िवशेष आ थक जोन िनयम 2006 के िनयम 8 के साथ प9ठत उ4 अिधिनयम क(cid:31) धारा 4 क(cid:31) उप-धारा (1) ;ारा (cid:13)द< शि4य= का (cid:13)योग करते >ए वािण(cid:16)य एवं उ(cid:28)ोग मं+ालय क(cid:31) अिधसूचना सं@या का.आ. 1966(अ) (cid:1)दनांक 20.11.2007 ;ारा उपयु (cid:12)4 िवशेष आ थक जोन म(cid:19) 11.50.4 हे%टेयर *े+ को अिधसूिचत कर (cid:1)दया था;

और यत:, मै. (cid:6) डेवलपस(cid:12) (cid:13)ा. िल ने अब उ4 िवशेष आ थक जोन के 11.50.4 हे%टेयर के स(cid:23)पूण(cid:12) *े+ को अनिधसूिचत करने का (cid:13)/ताव (cid:1)कया है;

और यत;, तिमलनाडु सरकार ने उनके (cid:1)दनांक 27.10.2017 के प+ सं. 5133/एमआईई-2/2017-3 के तहत (cid:13)/ताव को अनापि< (cid:13)माण प+ दे (cid:1)दया है;

स(cid:23)पूण(cid:12) *े+ को अनिधसूिचत करने के (cid:13)/ताव को सं/तुित क(cid:31) है;

अतः इसिलए के 78 सरकार, िवशेष आ थक जोन िनयमावली, 2006 के िनयम 8 के (cid:13)थम परंतुक ;ारा (cid:13)द< शि4य= का (cid:13)योग करते >ए एतBवारा उ4 अिधसूचना को इस उCसादन से पूव(cid:12) (cid:1)कए गए कायD या (cid:1)कए जाने के िलए लोिपत को छोड़कर, रB करती है;

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 12th January, 2018

S.O. 337 (E).— WHEREAS, M/s. True Developers Pvt. Ltd. had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Electronics Hardware including Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at Arasur Village, Palladam Taluk, Coimbatore District, in the State of Tamil Nadu;

AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zone Rules 2006, had notified an area of 11.50.4 hectares vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S. O. 1966 (E) dated 20.11.2007;

AND, WHEREAS, M/s. True Developers Pvt. Ltd. has now proposed to de-notify entire area of 11.50.4 hectares of the above Special Economic Zone;

AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Tamil Nadu has given its "No Objection" to the proposal vide Letter No.5133/MIE-2/2017-3, dated 27.10.2017.

AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, MEPZ Special Economic Zone has recommended the proposal for de-notification of entire area of 11.50.4 Hectares of the Special Economic Zone;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by first proviso to rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, the Central Government hereby rescinds the above notification except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
