सा.का.िन.सा.का.िन.सा.का.िन.सा.का.िन. 200200200200((((अअअअ))))....———— के न्(cid:4)ीय सरकार, सीमाशुल्क अिधिनयम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा (1) और सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 (1975 का 51) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (12) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते +ए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोक िहत में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व िवभाग) की अिधसूचना सं. 50/2017- सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 30 जून, 2017 में, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (i) में, सा.का.िन. 785(अ), तारीख 30 जून, 2017 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी, निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :-

उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में,--

(i) ?म सं. 20 के सामने स्तंभ (3) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, "दालों िसवाय मटर (िपसम सटेिवम), तूर, चना और मसूर के " प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी;

(ii) ?म सं. 21 और उससे संबंिधत प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित ?म संख्यां और प्रविष्टियां अंतःस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात् :

(iii) ?म सं. 57 में, स्तंभ (3) में मद II के खंडों (क), (ख) और (ग) के सामने स्तंभ (4) की प्रविष्टि ?मश: "30%'' के स्थान परप्रविष्टि "44 %'' प्रतिस्थािपत की जाएगी ; 1245 GI/2018 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (iv) ?म सं. 65 में स्तंभ (4) की प्रविष्टि ?मश: "40%" के स्थान पर "54%" प्रतिस्थािपत की जाएगी; (v) ?म सं. 473 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाएगा। [फा.सं. 354/203/2012-टीआरयू]

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 1st March, 2018

No. 29 /2018–Customs

G.S.R. 200(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and sub-section (12) of section 3 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 50/2017- Customs, dated the 30th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide, number G.S.R. 785(E), dated the 30th June, 2017, namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table,-

(i) against S.No. 20, for the entry in column (3), the entry "Pulses [other than Peas (Pisum sativum), Tur, Chickpeas or Masoor (Lentils)]" shall be substituted;

(ii) after S.No. 21 and the entries relating thereto, the following S.No. and entries shall be inserted, namely:-

(iii) against serial number 57, in column (4) against clauses (A), (B) and (C) of item II of column (3), for the entry "30%" the entry "44%" shall be substituted;

(iv) against serial number 65, in column (4), for the entry "40%" the entry "54%" shall be substituted;

(v) S.No. 473 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
