काकाकाका....आआआआ.... 918(अ)918(अ)918(अ)918(अ)....----केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ.1098 (अ), तारीख 07 अप्रैल, 2017, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखण्ड (ii) मेंं 07 अप्रैल, 2017 को प्रकाशित की गई थी, में एतद्‌द्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थातः-

उक्त अधिसूचना की हिन्दी अनुसूची मेंः-

(1) जिला ''ठाणे'' से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने, तालुक ''भिवंडी'' के लिए कालम संख्या (5) के सामने कालम संख्या (7) के अंतर्गत प्रविष्टि ''(17) धामनगांव'' के बाद प्रविष्टियां ''(18) एलकुंदे'' ''(19) सरावाली'' और ''(20) वेहले'' अंतःस्थापित की जाएंगी और कालम (6) में प्रविष्टि '' एलकुंदे'' के सामने ''कोनगांव'', ''सरावाली'' के सामने ''नारपोेली'' और ''वेहले'' के सामने ''नारपोेली'' अंतःस्थापित की जाएंगी । (2) जिला ''ठाणे'' के सामने, तालुक ''ठाणे'' के लिए कालम संख्या (5) के सामने कालम संख्या (7) के अंतर्गत प्रविष्टि ''(2) बालकुम'' के बाद प्रविष्टि ''(3) खारीगांव'' और प्रविष्टि ''(4) मजिवाडेे'' अंतःस्थापित की जाएंगी और कालम (6) में प्रविष्टि '' खारीगांव'' के सामने ''कलवा'', और ''मजिवाडे'' के सामने ''कापुरबावडी'' अंतःस्थापित की जाएंगी । (3) जिला ''ठाणे'' के सामने, तालुक ''भिवंडी'' के लिए कालम संख्या (5) के सामने कालम संख्या (7) के अंतर्गत प्रविष्टियां ''(1) वडपे'' ''(2) पिसे'' ''(3) सोनाले'', ''(4) रांजनोली'', ''(5) पिंपलास'' और ''(6) भाताने'' के सामने कालम (6) में प्रविष्टि ''भिवंडी'' के सामने ''पडघे'' अंतःस्थापित की जाएगी । (4) जिला ''ठाणे'' के सामने, तालुक ''भिवंडी'' के लिए कालम संख्या (5) के सामने कालम संख्या (7) के अंतर्गत प्रविष्टि ''(7) मनकोली'', ''(8) दिवे अंजुर'', ''(9) दापोडे'', ''(10) ओवली'' और ''(14) घोलगांव'' अंतःस्थापित की जाएंगी और कालम (6) में प्रविष्टि ''भिवंडी'' के सामने ''नारपोली'' अंतःस्थापित की जाएगी । (5) जिला ''ठाणे'' के सामने, तालुक ''भिवंडी'' के लिए कालम संख्या (5) के सामने कालम संख्या (7) के अंतर्गत प्रविष्टि ''(11) पिंपलनेरे'' '' (12) ठाकुरगांव'' ''(13) राजनगर'' और '' (15) वालषिंद'' के लिए कालम (6) में प्रविष्टि ''भिवंडी'' के सामने ''कोनगांव'' अंतःस्थापित की जाएगी । (6) जिला ''ठाणे'' के सामने, तालुक ''ठाणे'' के लिए कालम संख्या (5) के सामने कालम (7) के अंतर्गत प्रविष्टि ''(1) कलवा'', कालम (6) में प्रविष्टि ''ठाणे'' के सामने ''कलवा' अंतःस्थापित की जाएगी ।

CORRIGENDUM

New Delhi, the 1st March, 2018

S. O. 918 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways number S. O. 1098 (E) dated 7th April 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), dated the 7th April 2017, namely:- In the Schedule to the said notification,

(1) Against serial number 1 related to District " Thane", against column (5) for Taluka " Bhiwandi", under column (7) after the entry " (17) Dhamangaon" the entries " (18) Elkunde", " (19) Saravali", and " (20) Vehele" shall be inserted; and in column (6) entry " Kongaon", against "Elkunde", "Narpoli", against "Saravali" and "Narpoli" against "Vehele" shall be inserted;

(2) Against District " Thane", against column (5) for Taluka " Thane", under column (7) after the entry " (2) Balkum"the entry "(3) Kharigaon" and the entry " (4) Majiwade" shall be inserted; and in column (6) the entry "Kalwa" against "Kharigaon" and "Kapurbawadi"against "Majiwade" shall be inserted;

(3) Against District "Thane" against column (5) for Taluka "Bhiwandi" in column (7 ) for the entries "(1) Vadape", " (2) Pise", " (3) Sonale", " (4) Ranjnoli", " (5) Pimpalas" and " (6) Bhatane" in column (6); the entry " Padghe "against "Bhiwandi" shall be inserted;

(4) Against District "Thane" against column (5) for Taluka "Bhiwandi" in column (7 ) for the entries "(7) Mankoli", " (8) Dive Anjur", " (9) Dapode", " (10) Ovali", and " (14) Gholgaon" in column (6); the entry " Narpoli "against "Bhiwandi" shall be inserted;

(5) Against District "Thane" against column (5) for Taluka "Bhiwandi" in column (7) for the entries "(11) Pimpalner", " (12) Thakurgaon", " (13) Rajnagar", and " (15) Walshind", in column (6) the entry " Kongaon "against "Bhiwandi" shall be inserted;

(6) Against District "Thane" against column (5) for Taluka "Thane" in column (7) for the entry "(1) Kalwa", in column (6); the entry "Kalwa" against "Thane" shall be inserted;

(7) Against District "Thane" against column (5) for Taluka "Thane" in column (7) for the entry "(2) Balkum", in column (6); the entry "Kapurbawadi" against "Thane" shall be inserted;
