dk-vk- 908¼v½-—केंद्रीय सरकार, पौधा किस्म और कृषक अधिकार सरंक्षण अधिनियम, 2001 (2001 का 53) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के कृषि मंत्रालय (कृषि और सहकारिता विभाग) की अधिसूचना का.आ. संख्यांक 1589(अ), तारीख 11 नवम्बर, 2005, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii), तारीख 11 नवम्बर, 2005, में प्रकाशित की गई थीं, का निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्‌ः-

उक्त अधिसूचना में शीर्षक "धारा 3 की उपधारा (5) के खंड (क) के अधीन नियुक्त अध्यक्ष" के अधीन प्रविष्टि "डॉ. आर. आर. हंचिनल" के स्थान पर "डॅा. कुंबले विनोद प्रभु" प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 1st March, 2018

S.O. 908(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers' Rights Act, 2001 (53 of 2001), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Agriculture and Cooperation) number S.O. 1589(E), dated the 11th November, 2005 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-sections (ii), dated the 11th November, 2005, namely :—

In the said notification, under the heading "Chairperson appointed under clause (a) of Sub-section (5) of section 3", for the entry "Dr. R.R. Hanchinal", the entry "Dr. Kumble Vinod Prabhu" shall be substituted.
