dk-vk- 999972727272¼v½-—केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3क कीे उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्राालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2800(अ), तारीख 28 अगस्त, 2017 जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II , खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड (ii) में तारीख 28 अगस्त, 2017 को प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात ः-
उक्त अधिसूचना के हिन्दी संस्करण में, (i) उक्त 3 (ए) राजपत्र अधिसूचना के पृष्ठ सं. 12 एवं 13 पर कॉलम 4 के %म सं.6 में 'गांव का नाम' शीर्ष के तहत "चत्तरंग गुरी" नाम को "चाँदमारी" पढ़ा जाए ।
(ii) उक्त 3 (ए) राजपत्र अधिसूचना के पृष्ठ सं. 10 पर कॉलम सं. 5 में घाहीगांव के सामने सव/ सं. शीर्ष के तहत 399/पीपीपीपीपीपीपीपी-115 को 339/63 पढ़ा जाए ।
(iii) उक्त 3 (ए) राजपत्र अधिसूचना पृष्ठ 3 में गांव चितया राजनगर, चरइजोिनया और खाटोवाल के सामने कॉलम सं. 5 में, सव/ सं. शीर्ष के तहत "141/-"""" को "141111/22"""", , , , कॉलम सं. 6 में """"प्रकारप्रकारप्रकारप्रकार"""" शीर्ष के तहत """"----"""", , , , को """"िनजीिनजीिनजीिनजी"""" एवं कॉलम सं.7 में """"प्रकृ ति" शीर्ष के तहत "----"""" को "प्रथम (cid:8)ेणी निवासीप्रथम (cid:8)ेणी निवासीप्रथम (cid:8)ेणी निवासीप्रथम (cid:8)ेणी निवासी"""" के रूप में पढ़ा जाए ।

New Delhi, the 5th March 2018
S.O. 972(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3(A) of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 2800 (E) dated 28th August, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 28th August, 2017, namely:—
In the English version of the said notification,
(i) In the serial No. 6 of Column 4 on page No. 37 & 38 of the said 3(A) Gazette Notification under head 'Name of the village', "Chattrang Guri" name may be read as "Chandmaari".
(ii) In column No. 5 on page No. 36 of the said 3(A) Gazette Notification against Ghahigaon under head Survey No. "399/pp-115" may be read as "339/63".
(iii) In the said 3(A) Gazette Notification page 31 against village Chatia Rajhnagar Charaijonia & Khatowal, in column No. 5 under head "Survey No." "141/-" may be read as "141/22", in column No. 6 under head "Type", "-" may be read as "Private" and in column No. 7 under head "Nature", "-" may be read as "1st Class resident".
