काकाकाका....आआआआ. . . . 1016(1016(1016(1016(अ)अ)अ)अ)....————के न्(cid:13)ीय सरकार के संतुष्ट हो जाने पर कि लोकिहत में ऐसा करना अपेक्षित है, औद्योगिक िववाद अिधिनयम, 1947 (1947 का 14) की धारा 2 के ख(cid:31)ड (ढ) के उपखंड (vi) के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में युरेिनयुरेिनयुरेिनयुरेिनयमयमयमयम उउउउद्योद्योद्योद्योगगगग में लगे उद्योगों की सेवाएं शािमल है, जो कि औद्योगिक िववाद अिधिनयम, 1947 (1947 का 14) की प्रथम अनुसूची की प्रविष्टि 19 में शािमल हैं, को जैसा कि इस मंत्रालय की दिनांक 28.08.2017 की अिधसूचना द्वारा उक्त अिधिनयम के प्रयोजन के िलए दिनांक 11 सितम्बर, 2017 से छ: मास की कालाविध के िलए लोक उपयोगी सेवा अिधसूिचत किया गया था।
और यह कि, के न्(cid:13)ीय सरकार की राय है कि लोकिहत में उक्त कालाविध को छ: मास के िलए और बढ़ाया जाना अपेक्षित है।
अत:, अब, औद्योगिक िववाद अिधिनयम, 1947 (1947 का 14) की धारा 2 के ख(cid:31)ड (ढ) के उपखंड (vi) के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते 4ए, के न्(cid:13)ीय सरकार उक्त उद्योग को उपरोक्त अिधिनयम के प्रयोजन के िलए दिनांक 11 मार्च, 2018 से छ: मास की कालाविध के िलए लोक उपयोगी सेवा घोिषत करती है।

New Delhi, the 7th March, 2018
S.O. 1016(E).—Whereas the Central Government having been satisfied that the public interest so requires that in pursuance of the provisions of sub-clause (vi) of the clause (n) of section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), the services in Uranium Industry which is covered by item 19 of the First Schedule to the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947 ) to be a Public Utility Service for the purpose of the said Act, as was notified for a period of six months with effect from 11th September 2017 vide this Ministry's Notification dated 28.08.2017.
And whereas, the Central Government is of opinion that public interest requires the extension of the said period by a further period of six months.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-clause (vi) of clause (n) of section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, the Central Government hereby declares the said Industry to be a Public Utility Service for the purpose of the aforesaid Act, for a period of six months with effect from 11th March, 2018.
