सासासासा....काकाकाका....निनिनिनि.... 212(अ)212(अ)212(अ)212(अ)....----केन्द्रीय सरकार, सीमा सुरक्षा बल अधिनियम, 1968 (1968 का 47) की धारा 141 की उपधारा (2) के खण्ड (ख) और खण्ड (ग) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, सीमा सुरक्षा बल, चिकित्सा काडर समूह 'ग' पद (योधक) भर्ती नियम, 2011 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्ः- 1. (1) इन नियमों का नाम सीमा सुरक्षा बल, चिकित्सा कॉडर समूह 'ग' पद (योधक) भर्ती (संशोधन) नियम, 2018 हैै।
(2) ये राजपत्र मेें प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. सीमा सुरक्षा बल चिकित्सा कॉडर, समूह 'ग' पद (योधक) भर्ती नियम, 2011 (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात उक्त नियम कहा गया है) के नियम 3 के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम रखा जाएगा अर्थात :-
''3. पदों की संख्या, वर्गीकरण और वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तरः- उक्त पदों की संख्या, उनका वर्गीकरण तथा वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर वह हाेंगे, जो इन नियमों से उपाबंध अनुसूची के स्तंभ (2) से (4) में विनिर्दिष्ट हैं।''
3. उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में,-
(क) कांंस्टेबल (मशालची), कांस्टेबल (टेबल ब्वाय), कांस्टेबल (वार्ड ब्वाय/वार्ड गर्ल/आया) और कांस्टेबल (कहार) के पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने, स्तंभ (4) में स्तंभ शीर्षक और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात :-

| स्तर-3 (रु. 21700-69100/-)"; |
(़ख) कांस्टेबल (चपरासी) के पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 2 के सामने, स्तंभ (़4) के अधीन विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी, अर्थातः-
''स्तर-3 ( रु. 21700-69100/-)'';

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th March, 2018
G.S.R. 212(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of sub-section (2) of Section 141 of the Border Security Force Act, 1968 (47 of 1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following Rules to amend the Border Security Force, Medical Cadre, Group' 'C', posts (Combatised) Recruitment Rules, 2011, namely :—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Border Security Force, Medical Cadre, Group 'C' Posts (Combatised) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Border Security Force, Medical Cadre, Group 'C' posts (Combatised) Recruitment Rules, 2011 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for rule 3, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:—
"3. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix.- The number of posts, their classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in column (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules".
3. In the said rules, in the Schedule,—
(a) against serial number 1 relating to the post of Constable (Mashalchi), Constable (Table Boy), Constable (Ward Boy/Ward Girl/Aya) and Constable (Kahar), in Column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:—

| Level-3( Rs. 21700-69100/-)"; |
(b) against serial number 2 relating to the post of Constable (Peon), for the existing entry under column (4), the following shall be substituted, namely:—
"Level-3( Rs. 21700-69100/-)".
