काकाकाका.... आआआआ.... 1029102910291029((((अअअअ))))....————जबकि, िवदेशी मु(cid:5)ा संरक्षण और तस्करी गितिविध िनवारण अिधिनयम, 1974 (1974 का 52) की धारा 3 की उप धारा (1) के तहत िवशेष रूप से अिधकार प्राप्त संयुक्त सिचव, भारत सरकार द्वारा उक्त उप धारा के तहत दिनांक 02.01.2018 को पीडी-12002/02/2017-कोफे पोसा के तहत जारी आदेश में यह िनदेश दिया गया था कि *ी विनोद कु मार पथरोर, सुपुत्र *ी के . एल. पथरोर, िनवासी एफ-632, इग्नू कें (cid:5) के पीछे, पालम एक्सटेंशन, सेक्टर-7, द्वारका, नई दिल्ली, को हिरासत में लिया जाए और के न्(cid:5)ीय कारागार, ितहाड, नई दिल्ली में रखा जाए ताकि भविष्य में माल की तस्करी करने से उन्हें रोका जा सके ।
2. जबकि के न्(cid:5) सरकार के पास विश्वास करने के कारण हैं कि पूव;क्त <यक्ति भगोड़ा है या अपने को िछपाए =ए है ताकि आदेश तामील न किया जा सके ।
3. अत:, अब, उक्त अिधिनयम की धारा 7 की उप-धारा (1) के खंड (ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते =ए के न्(cid:5) सरकार एतAारा पूव;क्त <यक्ति को िनदेश देती है कि सरकारी राजपत्र में इस आदेश के प्रकाशन की ितिथ से सात दिन के अंदर वह पुिलस आयुक्त, दिल्ली के सामने उपस्थित हो।

ORDER
New Delhi, the 8th March, 2018
S.O. 1029 (E)).—Whereas the Joint Secretary to the Government of India, specially empowered under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974 (52 of 1974) issued order No. PD-12002/02/2017- COFEPOSA dated 02.01.2018 under the said sub-section directing that Shri Vinod Kumar Pathror, S/o Shri K.L.Pathror, R/o F-632, Behind IGNOU Center, Palam Extension, Sector-7, Dwarka, New Delhi, be detained and kept in Central Jail, Tihar, New Delhi with a view to preventing him from abetting goods in future.
2. Whereas the Central Government has reasons to believe that the aforesaid person has absconded or has been concealing himself so that the order cannot be executed.
3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 7 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby directs the aforesaid person to appear before the Commissioner of Police, Delhi within 7 days of the publication of this order in the Official Gazette.
