का. आ.का. आ.का. आ.का. आ. 1111111140404040(अ(अ(अ(अ))))....————के न्(cid:16)ीय सरकार, चाय िनयम, 1954 के नियम 4 और 5 के साथ पठित चाय अधिनियम, 1953 (1953 का 29) की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते ,ए, निम्नलिखित /यक्ति को इस अिधसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से 1 नवंबर, 2018 तक के लिए चाय बोर्ड के निम्नलिखित सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है और िनदेिशत करती है कि भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्रालय (चाय नियंत्रण) की अधिसूचना सं. का.िन.आ. 944, तारीख 17 मार्च, 1954 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन किये जाएंगे, अर्थात् :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, Fम संख्या 3 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित Fम संख्या और प्रविष्टियों को रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
| ''3. | सिचव (कृ िष), के रल सरकार, तिJअनंतपुरम, के रल । | सदस् य | प्रमुख चाय उगाने वाले राज्यों की सरकारों का प्रतिनिधित्व करने क े िलए िनयम 4 के उप-िनयम (1) के खंड (क) के अधीन नियुक्त।''। |

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th March, 2018
S.O. 1140(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Tea Act, 1953 (29 of 1953), read with rules 4 and 5 of the Tea Rules, 1954, the Central Government hereby appoints the following person as member of the Tea Board, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette upto the 1st day of November, 2018 and direct that the following further amendments shall be made in the notification of the Government of India, in the erstwhile Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Tea Control), number S.R.O. 944, dated the 17th March, 1954, namely:-
In the said notification, for serial number 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
| "3. | Secretary (Agriculture), Government of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. | Member | representing the Government of the principal tea growing States appointed under clause (a) of sub-rule (1) of rule 4.". |
