की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:29)ए, कें (cid:3)ीय होम्योपैथी परिषद् से परामर्श करने के पश्चात्, उक्त

अधिनियम की दूसरी अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-

उक्त दूसरी अनुसूची में, 1.सं. 31 और उससे संबंिधत प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात ''''''''छत्तीसगढ़'''''''' शीर्षक के अधीन

(ii) रायपुर होम्योपैिथक मेिडकल कॉलेज, रायपुर

(ख) नवंबर, 2015 से दिसंबर, 2017 तक

यदि उन छात्रों को प्रदान की जाती है, जो इस अविध के दौरान महराणा प्रताप

होम्योपैिथक मेडिकल कॉलेज, रायपुर से उत्तीर्ण एवं प्रशिक्षुता पूरी करके

निकले हैं''।

New Delhi, the 8th March, 2018

S.O. 1160 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 13 of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973), the Central Government, after consulting the Central Council of Homoeopathy, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Second Schedule to the said Act, namely: -

In the said Second Schedule, under the heading "CHATTISGARH", after serial number 31 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:-

B.H.M.S (a) From October, 2015 to December, Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery

"31B. Chhattisgarh AYUSH and Health Sciences University, Raipur, Chhatisgarh.

2017; if granted to the students who have passed out and completed their internship during this period from the following colleges:- (i) C.L.Chouksey Memorial Homoeopathic Medical College, Bilaspur; (ii) Raipur Homieopathy Medical College, Raipur.

(b) From November, 2015 to December, 2017, if granted to the students who have passed out and completed their internship during this period from Maharana Pratap Homoeopathy Medical College, Raipur.".
