आ. अ. 30(अ).--लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 21 के उपबंधों के अनुसरण में, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्‌द्वारा यह निदेष देता है कि, egkjk"Vª राज्य में संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के लिए रिटर्निंग अधिकारियों की नियुक्ति से सम्बन्धित, समय-समय पर यथासंषोधित, अपनी दिनांक 4 मार्च, 2014 की अधिसूचना सं0 434/महा0-लो0स0/2013 (1) में निम्नलिखित संषोधन किये जाएंगे अर्थात्‌;

उक्त अधिसूचना में संलग्न सारणी के स्तंभ 2 में, मद सं0 22-पालघर (अ.ज.जा.) के सामने विद्‌यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी :-

O.N. 31(3)—In pursuance of the provisions of Section 21 of the Representation of People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India hereby directs that following amendment shall be made in its Notification No.

1541 GI/2018

(1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(iii)] 434/MT-HP/2013 (1) dated 4th March, 2014, as amended from time to time, relating to the appointment of Returning Officers for Parliamentary Constituencies in the State of Maharashtra namely;

In column 2 of the Table appended to the said notification against item No. 22 – Palghar (ST) for the existing entry, the following entry shall be substituted :-

उक्त अधिसूचना में संलग्न सारणी के स्तंभ 2 में, मद सं0 22-पालघर (अ.ज.जा.) के सामने क्रम सं0 3 एवं 5 पर विद्‌यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी :-
