काकाकाका....आआआआ.... 1180118011801180....(अ)(अ)(अ)(अ)....- - - - केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 741 (अ), तारीख 6 मार्च, 2017, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखण्ड (ii) मेंं तारीख 6 मार्च, 2017 को प्रकाषित की गई थी, और जिसे बाद में भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उपखण्ड ( ii ) मेंं तारीख 17 अक्टूबर, 2017 को प्रकाषित का.आ. 3362 (अ), तारीख 17 अक्टूबर, 2017, द्वारा संषोधित किया गया था, में एतद्‌द्वारा निम्नलिखित संषोधन करती है, अर्थातः-

उक्त अधिसूचना में,

उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, तालुक ''कोपरगाँव'' और पुलिस थाना ''कोपरगाँव'' से संबंधित क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने, कॉलम संख्या (5) में, प्रविष्टि ''(3) दौच खुर्द'' के पष्चात निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां अर्थात ''(4) मढ़ी खुर्द'' और ''(5) घारी'' अंतःस्थापित की जाएगी ।

S.O. 1180(E).— In exercise of power confirmed by clause (a) of section 3 of National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby make the following amendments in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 741 (E) dated the 6th March 2017 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, Sub-secxtion (ii), dated the 6th March, 2017 & subsequent amendment vide number S.O. 3362 (E) dated the 17th October, 2017 Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), dated the 17th October 2017- namely:-

In the said Notification –

In the Schedule to the said notification against Sr. No. 1 relating to Taluka "Kopargaon" and Police Station "Kopargaon, in Column No. (5), after entry "(3) Dauch Khurd," the following entries shall be inserted, namely "(4) Madhi Khurd" and "(5) Ghari."
