dk-vk- 1183¼v½-—केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 जी की उपधारा (5) के अनुसरण में नीचे दी गयी सारणी के कॉलम (2) में उल्लिखित अिधकारी को उक्त उपधारा के प्रयोजन के लिए एतद्‌द्वारा मध्यस्थ नियुक्त करती है जो उक्त सारणी के कॉलम (3) और (4) में विनिर्दिष्ट अपने अधिकार क्षेत्र की स्थानीय सीमाओं के अंतर्गत के वल पलवल िजले के ई(cid:15)टन(cid:18) पे(cid:19)रफे रल ए(cid:22)स(cid:24)ेस(cid:15)वे से संबि(cid:27)धत म(cid:30)य(cid:15)थ (cid:24)करण" हेतु उक्त अधिनियम के द्वारा अथवा उसके तहत मध्यस्थ को प्रदत्त शि&य" का प्रयोग कर'गे और सौपे गए दायित्वों का निर्वहन कर'गे । मध्यस्थ द्वारा पंचाट पारित करते समय इस अधिनियम की धारा 3जी की उपधारा (6) और (7) को ध्यान में रखा जाएगा।

New Delhi, the 16th March, 2018

S.O. 1183 (E).—In pursuance of Sub–Section (5) of Section 3G of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby appoints the Officer mentioned in Column (2) of the Table below, to be Arbitrator for the purpose of the said Sub-Section who shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed, on Arbitrators by or under the said Act within the local limits of their respective jurisdiction as specified in column (3) and (4) of the said table for the Arbitration Cases of Eastern Peripheral Expressway pertaining to Palwal District only. Sub – Section (6) & (7) of Section -3G of the Act shall be taken into consideration while passing awards by the Arbitrator.
