का.आ. 1207(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए जिला भू-अर्जन पदाधिकारी, गिरिडीह, को झारखण्ड राज्य में नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा- विनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 100 के 0.000 कि.मी. से 49.950 कि.मी. तक के भूखण्ड के निर्माण (चौड़ा करने/चार लेन का बनाने, आदि), अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन के लिए उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ंसक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रुप में प्राधिकृत करती है।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 19th March, 2018

S.O. 1207(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the District Land Acquistion Officer, Giridih as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 0.000 to Km. 49.950 for building (widening / four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of the National Highway No. 100 in the State of Jharkhand as specified in the Schedule given below. 1580 GI/2018 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] SCHEDULE Acquisition of land in respect of National Highway No. 100 in the State of Jharkhand on the stretch from Km. 0.000 to Km. 49.950
