सा.का.िन.सा.का.िन.सा.का.िन.सा.का.िन. 250(250(250(250(अअअअ).).).).—के न्(cid:21)ीय सरकार, सीमाशुल्क अिधिनयम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उप-धारा (1) और सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 (1975 का 51) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (12) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते 2ए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोक िहत में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व िवभाग) की अिधसूचना सं. 50/2017- सीमाशुल्क, तारीख 30 जून, 2017 में, जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (i) में, सा.का.िन. 785(अ), तारीख 30 जून, 2017 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी, निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :—
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में, Cम सं. 21 क में, स्तंभ (2) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि "0713 20 10'' प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ;

G.S.R. 250(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and sub-section (12) of section 3 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 50/2017-Customs, dated the 30th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide, number G.S.R. 785(E), dated the 30th June, 2017, namely:—
In the said notification, in the Table, against S.No. 21 A, for the entry in column (2), the entry "0713 20 10" shall be substituted;
