AMENDMENT TO NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 21st March, 2018

S.O. 1272(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the 1671 GI/2018 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 4063, dated 16th December, 2016 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:-

In the said notification-

"Special Land Acquisition Officer, Dharwad"

shall be substituted as

"Special Land Acquisition Officer, Yadgir."
