का.आ. का.आ. का.आ. का.आ. 1270127012701270(अ(अ(अ(अ))))....————यत:, मै. द(cid:14)न फाइन के मिकल्स (इंडिया) प्राइवेट िलिमटेड, ने आं(cid:28) प्रदेश राज्य के विशाखापत्तनम िजले के पायाकराओपेटा मंडल के के सावरम व राजावरम गाँवों में रसायन एवं औषिध के िलए एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आ0र्थक जोन की स्थापना हेतु विशेष आ0र्थक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28) (जिसे एत=प>ात् उक्त अिधिनयम कहा गया है) की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत प्रस्ताव किया है;

और यत:, के न्E सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट है कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) के अंतर्गत अपेक्षाओं तथा अन्य संबंधित अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर लिया गया है और उसने उपयु र्क्त विशेष आ0र्थक जोन के विकास, प्रचालन एवं रखराव हेतु उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (10) के अंतर्गत दिनांक 22 जनवरी, 2018 को अनुमोदन पत्र प्रदान कर दिया है;

अत:, अब, विशेष आ0र्थक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते Nए और विशेष आ0र्थक जोन अधिनियम, 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में के न्E सरकार, एतQारा उपयु र्क्त स्थान के 53.2079 हेक्टेयर के नीचे दी गई तालिका में दिए गए खसरा नंबर के क्षेत्र को विशेष आ0र्थक जोन के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है, अर्थात:-

और यत::::, विशेष आ0र्थक जोन अिधिनयम, 2005 (2005 का 28) की धारा 13 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त र्क्त विशेष आ0र्थक जोन शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते Nए, के न्E सरकार एतQारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 14 के प्रयोजनार्थ उपयु के िलए एक सिमित, िजसे अनुमोदन सिमित कहा जाएगा, गठित करती है, जिसके अध्यक्ष और सदस्य निम्नानुसार हैं, अर्थात::::----

और यत:, विशेष आ0र्थक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28) की धारा 53 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते Nए के न्E सरकार एतQारा दिनांक 20 मार्च, 2018 को उस तारीख के रूप में निर्धारित करती है जिस र्क्त विशेष आ0र्थक जोन को सीमा-शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 7 के अंतर्गत अंतदaशीय तारीख से उपयु कं टेनर िडपो माना जाएगा ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 20th March, 2018

S.O. 1270(E).—WHEREAS, M/s. Deccan Fine Chemicals (India) Private Limited has proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), to set up a Sector Specific Special Economic Zone for Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals at Kesavaram, Rajavaram Villages, Payakaraopeta Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, in the State of Andhra Pradesh;

AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of section 3 of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the said Act for development, operation and maintenance of the above sector specific Special Economic Zone on 22nd January, 2018;

NOW, THEREFORE, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, hereby notifies the 53.2079 hectares area at above location with survey numbers given in the table below as a Special Economic Zone, namely:

AND, THEREFORE, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 13 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby constitutes a Committee to be called the Approval Committee for the above Special Economic Zone for the purposes of section 14 of the said Act consisting of the following Chairperson and Members, namely:-

AND, THEREFORE, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby appoints the 20th day of March, 2018 as the date from which the above Special Economic Zone shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962).
