dk-vk- 1274¼v½-—केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 2658 (अ), तारीख 16 अगस्त 2017 जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधरण, भाग II खण्ड 3, उपखण्ड (ii) को प्रकाशित की गई थी, में एतदद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती हैं, अर्थातः-

उक्त अधिसूचना में,-

महाराष्ट्र्र राज्य के (कि.मी. 88/2 से कि.मी. 98/650) एंंव सोलापुर (कि.मी. 98/650 से कि.मी. 141/600 जिले में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या (नवीन घोषित एन.एच 548 ई.) (एनएच 965) म्हसवड-पिलीव-पंढरपूर कि.मी. 88.200 राज्यमार्ग 74 का (ऑन जंक्शन राज्यमार्ग 74 और राज्यमार्ग 77 म्हसवड़) कि.मी. 234/600 राज्यमार्ग 15 (ऑन जंक्शन राज्यमार्ग 74 और राज्यमार्ग 15 पंढरपूऱ) कि.मी. 88/2 से कि.मी. 141/600 तक निर्माण (दो/चार लेन बनाने), उसके बाईपासों का निर्माण एवं पुनःसरेखण, अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन के लोक प्रयोजन के लिए वह भूमि अपेक्षित है, जिसका संक्षिप्त वर्णन नीचे अनुसूची में दिया गया है, ऐसी भूमि का अर्जन करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा करती है;

महाराष्ट्र्र राज्य के राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या एन.एच 548ई. (नवीन घोषित) म्हसवड-पिलीव-पंढरपूर मार्ग के वर्तमान कि.

मी. 88/200 राजमार्ग 74 का (ऑन टी-जंक्शन राजमार्ग 74 और राजमार्ग 77, म्हसवड़) से कि.मी. 141/600 राजमार्ग 74 का (ऑन टी-जंक्शन राजमार्ग 74 और राजमार्ग 15, पंढरपूऱ) तक निर्माण (दो/चार लेन बनाने), उसके बाईपासों का निर्माण एवं पुनःसरेखण, अनुरक्षण, प्रबंध और प्रचालन के लोक प्रयोजन के लिए वह भूमि अपेक्षित है, जिसका संक्षिप्त वर्णन नीचे अनुसूची में दिया गया है, ऐसी भूमि का अर्जन करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा करती है;

New Delhi, the 21st March, 2018

S.O. 1274(E).— In exercise of power confirmed by clause (a) of section 3 of National Highways Act 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby make the following amendments in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 2658(E) dated the 16th August 2017, Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), - namely:-

In the said Notification -

the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building (widening/two-four lane with Granular shoulder etc.), maintenance, management and operation of National Highway No. NH 548E Km. 98/650 to 141/600) District in the State of Maharashtra, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land;

shall be Substituted as—

"the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, is required for building (widening/two-four lane with Granular shoulder etc.), maintenance, management and operation of National Highway No.548 E (Newly Declared) Mhaswad -Piliv- Pandharpur Road from existing km. 88/200 of SH-74 (On T-Junction with SH-74 & SH-77, Mhaswad) to Km. 141/600 of SH-74 (On T-Junction with SH-74 & SH-15, Pandharpur) in the State of Maharashtra, here by declares its intention to acquire such land;"
