का.आ. का.आ. का.आ. का.आ. 1320132013201320 (अ)(अ)(अ)(अ)———— कें (cid:25)ीय सरकार, दंड प्र(िcid:28)या संिहता, 1973 (1974 का 2) की धारा 24 की उपधारा (8) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते /ए, और भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग IIIIIIII, खंड 3, उप-खंड (iiiiiiii) में का.आ. संख्यांक 556(अ), तारीख 8 फरवरी, 2018 द्वारा प्रकाशित अधिसूचना को अधि(cid:28)ांत करते /ए, :ी तुषार मेहता, ज्येष्ठ अधिवक्ता और भारत के अपर महा सािलिसटर को, विशेष न्यायाधीश (2जी स्पैक्टरम मामले) का न्यायालय, कें (cid:25)ीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो, नई दिल्ली के में दिल्ली विशेष पुलिस स्थापन (के न्(cid:25)ीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो) द्वारा अन्वेषण किए गए 2जी स्पैक्टरम से संबंधित मामलों में के सभी या किसी निर्णय से उKभूत अपीलों, पुनरीक्षणों या अन्य कार्यवाहियों का, उच्च न्यायालय (उNच न्यायालयों) और उNचतम न्यायालय के समक्ष संचालन के लिए विशेष लोक अभियोजक के रूप में नियुक्त करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th February, 2018
S.O. 1320(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), and in supersession of the notification published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide number S.O. 556(E), dated the 8th February, 2018, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Tushar Mehta, Senior Advocate and Additional Solicitor General of India as Special Public Prosecutor for conducting appeals, revisions or other proceedings before the High Court(s) and the Supreme Court arising out of all or any judgment in the cases relating to 2G spectrum investigated by Delhi Special Police Establishment (CBI) in the Court of Special Judge (2G spectrum cases), Central Bureau of Investigation, New Delhi.
