सा.का.िन.सा.का.िन.सा.का.िन.सा.का.िन. 1208120812081208(अ)(अ)(अ)(अ)....————महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 का 38) की धारा 132 की उप-धारा (1) के साथ पठित धारा 124 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते 1ए कें 4 सरकार, एत5ारा मुरगांव पत्तन न्यास के लिए धारा 123 के अंतर्गत न्यासी बोर्ड द्वारा तैयार किए गए तथा इस अधिसूचना में अनुबंधित अनुसूची में यथानिर्धारित उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 124 की उपधारा (2) के अंतर्गत अपेक्षानुसार इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित मुरगांव पत्तन न्यास कर्मचारी (नियुक्ति, वरिष्ठता और पदोन्नति) संशोधन विनियम, 2018 का अनुमोदन करती है।
2. उक्त विनियम शासकीय राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे।

महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 का 38), की धारा 28 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते 1ए मुरगांव पत्तन न्यास का न्यासी बोर्ड मुरगांव पत्तन न्यास कर्मचारी (नियुक्ति, वरिष्ठता और पदोन्नति) विनियम, 2010 में एत5ारा आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, नामत:-
1. लघु शीर्ष एवं आरंभ:- (1) इन विनियमों को मुरगांव पत्तन न्यास कर्मचारी (नियुक्ति, वरिष्ठता और पदोन्नति) संशोधन िविनयम, 2018 कहा जाएगा।
(2) ये विनियम कें 4 सरकार के अनुमोदन से शासकीय राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से लागू होंगे।
2. मुरगांव पत्तन न्यास कर्मचारी (भर्ती, वरिष्ठता और पदोन्नित) िविनयम, 2010 में "चिकित्सा विभाग/मुरगांव पत्तन न्यास में Oेणी-I पदों के भर्ती नियम" शीर्षक के तहत अनुसूची में:-

(1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (1) Rम सं. (3) के सामने वरिष्ठ चिकित्सा अधिकारी (विशेषT) के पद के संबंध में,
(क) कॉलम 8 के अधीन के प्रविष्टियों के अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएं, नामत:-
"अनिवार्य:-
(i) किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विYविद्यालय से एमबीबीएस डि[ी और वरिष्ठ चिकित्सा अधिकारी (डेंटल) के मामले में किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विYविद्यालय से बी.डी.एस. डि[ी;
(ii) किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विYविद्यालय से विशिष्ट विशेषTता में ]ातकोत्तर चिकित्सा डि[ी अथवा ]ातकोत्तर चिकित्सा डिप्लोमा; और
(iii) ]ातकोत्तर चिकित्सा डि[ी धारकों के मामले में 3 वर्ष का अर्हता उपरांत अनुभव और अस्पताल में संबंधित क्षेत्र में विशेषTता के साथ ]ातकोत्तर चिकित्सा डिप्लोमा धारकों के मामले में 5 वर्ष का अनुभव"।
(ख) कॉलम 13 के अंतर्गत प्रविष्टि को हटा दिया जाए।
(2) Rम सं. 4 के तहत उप मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी (विशेषT) पद के संबंध में, कॉलम 8 के अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएं नामत:-
"अनिवार्य:-
(i) किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विYविद्यालय से एमबीबीएस डि[ी;
(ii) किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विYविद्यालय से विशिष्ट विशेषTता में ]ातकोत्तर चिकित्सा डि[ी अथवा ]ातकोत्तर चिकित्सा डिप्लोमा; और
(iii) ]ातकोत्तर चिकित्सा डि[ी धारकों के मामले में 7 वर्ष का अर्हता उपरांत अनुभव और अस्पताल में संबंधित क्षेत्र में विशेषTता के साथ ]ातकोत्तर चिकित्सा डिप्लोमा धारकों के मामले में 9 वर्ष का अनुभव"।
(3) Rम सं. 6 के तहत वरिष्ठ उप मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी के पद से संबंधित कॉलम 8 के अंतर्गत के प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएं नामत:-
"अनिवार्य:-
(i) किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विYविद्यालय से एमबीबीएस डि[ी;
(ii) किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विYविद्यालय से विशिष्ट विशेषTता में ]ातकोत्तर चिकित्सा डि[ी अथवा ]ातकोत्तर चिकित्सा डिप्लोमा; और
(iii) ]ातकोत्तर चिकित्सा डि[ी धारकों के मामले में 10 वर्ष का अर्हता उपरांत अनुभव और अस्पताल में संबंधित क्षेत्र में विशेषTता के साथ ]ातकोत्तर चिकित्सा डिप्लोमा धारकों के मामले में 12 वर्ष का अनुभव"।
(4) Rम सं. 7 के तहत मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी (Oेणी-II पत्तन) के पद से संबंधित कॉलम 8 के अंतर्गत प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएं नामत:-
भारत का राजपत्रा : असाधरण [भाग II—खण्ड 3(i)] 3"अनिवार्य:-
(i) किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विYविद्यालय से एमबीबीएस डि[ी;
(ii) किसी मान्यताप्राप्त विYविद्यालय से विशिष्ट विशेषTता में ]ातकोत्तर चिकित्सा डि[ी अथवा ]ातकोत्तर चिकित्सा डिप्लोमा; और
(iii) ]ातकोत्तर चिकित्सा डि[ी धारकों के मामले में 13 वर्ष का अर्हता उपरांत अनुभव और अस्पताल में संबंधित क्षेत्र में विशेषTता के साथ ]ातकोत्तर चिकित्सा डिप्लोमा धारकों के मामले में 15 वर्ष का अनुभव"।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th December, 2018
G.S.R. 1208(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 124, read with sub-section (1) of section 132 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby approves with Modification the Mormugao Port Trust Employees' (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2018, made by the Board of Trustees for the Mormugao Port Trust under Section 123 and Published by it as required under sub section (2) of section 124 of the said Act, as set out in the Schedule annexed to this notification.
2. The said regulations shall come into force from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
SCHEDULE
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Board of Trustees of the Port of Mormugao hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Mormugao Port Trust Employees' (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, 2010, namely:-
4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)]1. Short title and commencement:- (1) These regulations may be called as the Mormugao Port Trust Employees' (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Amendment Regulations, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of publication of the approval of the Central Government in the Gazette of India.
2. In the Mormugao Port Trust Employees' (Recruitment, Seniority and Promotion) Regulations, 2010, in the Schedule, under the heading "Recruitment Rules for Class-I posts Medical Department/MoPT;-
(1) against serial number 3, relating to the post of Sr. Medical Officer (Specialist),
(a) for the entry under column-8, the following entry shall be substituted namely:-
"Essential:-
i) MBBS degree from a recognized University and in the case of Senior Medical Officer (Dental), B.D.S. Degree from a recognized University;
ii) postgraduate medical degree or post graduate medical Diploma in the specified speciality from a recognised University; and
iii) post qualification experience of three years in case of postgraduate medical degree holders and five years experience in case of postgraduate medical diploma holders in the relevant field of specialization in a hospital".
(b) the entry under column 13 shall be omitted.
(2) against serial number 4, relating to the post of Dy. Chief Medical Officer (Specialist), for the entry under column-8, the following entry shall be substituted namely:-
"Essential:- i) MBBS degree from a recognized University;
ii) Postgraduate medical degree or postgraduate medical Diploma in the specified speciality from a recognized University; and
(iii) post qualification experience of seven years in case of postgraduate medical degree holders and nine years experience in case of postgraduate medical diploma holders in the relevant field of specialization in a hospital".
(3) Against serial number 6, relating to the post of Sr. Dy. Chief Medical Officer, for the entry under column 8, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"Essential:-
i) MBBS degree from a recognized University; ii) postgraduate medical Degree or postgraduate medical Diploma in the specified speciality from a recognized University; and
iii) post qualification experience of ten years in case of postgraduate medical degree holders and twelve years experience in case of postgraduate medical Diploma holders in the relevant field of specialization in a hospital".
(4) Against serial number 7, relating to the post of Chief Medical Officer (Category-II Ports), for the entry under column 8, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
"Essential:-
(i) MBBS degree from a recognized University;
(ii) postgraduate medical Degree or postgraduate medical Diploma in the specified speciality from a recognized University; andभारत का राजपत्रा : असाधरण [भाग II—खण्ड 3(i)] 5 (iii) post qualification experience of thirteen years in case of postgraduate medical degree holders and fifteen years experience in case of postgraduate medical Diploma holders in the relevant field of specialization in a hospital".
