सा.का.नि. 1212(अ).— सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उप-धारा (1) और सीमा शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम, 1975 (1975 का 51) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (12) के तहत प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए के न्र्द सरकार, इस बात से संतुष्ट होते हुए कि ऐसा करना जनहित में आवश्यक है, एतद्द्वारा, भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग) की अधिसूचना संख्या 50/2017-सीमा शुल्क, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017, जिसे सा.का.नि. 785 (अ), दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 के तहत भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, के भाग II, खंड 3, उप खंड (i) में प्रकाशित किया गया था, में निम्नलिखित और आगे भी संशोधन करती है, यथा:-

तीसरे परन्तुक में, शब्द और अंक "17 दिसंबर 2018", के स्थान पर शब्द और अंक "31 जनवरी 2019" को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।

नोट: प्रधान अधिसूचना संख्या 50/2017-सीमा शुल्क, दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 को सा.का.नि. 785 (अ), दिनांक 30 जून, 2017 के तहत भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, के भाग II, खंड 3, उप खंड (i) में प्रकाशित किया गया था और इसमें अंतिम बार अधिसूचना संख्या 77/2018-सीमा शुल्क, दिनांक 1 नवंबर, 2018, सा.का.नि. 1080 (अ), दिनांक 1 नवंबर, 2018 के द्वारा संशोधन किया गया था।

G.S.R. 1212(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and sub-section (12) of section 3 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 50/2017- Customs, dated the 30th June, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide, number G.S.R. 785(E), dated the 30th June, 2017, namely:-

In the said notification, in the third proviso for the words and figures "17th day of December, 2018", the words and figures "31st day of January, 2019" shall be substituted.
