2018 संख्या 22018 संख्या 22018 संख्या 22018 संख्या 2....----रिट याचिका सं 13109 के 2018 न्यायिक माननीय उच्च न्यायालय, बॉम्बे के 5 दिसम्बर, 2018 के आदेशानुसार और एस.एल.पी. संख्या 32894 में भारत के माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के 13 दिसम्बर, 2018 के आदेशानुसार, , , , 14 और 15 दिसम्बर, 2018 को निर्धारित भारतीय कम्पनी सचिव संस्थान (आई.सी.एस.आई.) के पश्चिमी भारत क्षेत्रीय परिषद् (डब्ल्यु. आई.आर.सी) के क्षेत्रीय परिषद् के चुनाव को 13 दिसम्बर, 2018 को आई.सी.एस.आई. के नोटिस द्वारा स्थगित कर दिया गया था।
2. दिनाँक 10 सितम्बर 2018 की अधिसूचना संख्या 1 के 2018 के आगे और कम्पनी सेक्रेटरीज (परिषद् के चुनाव) नियमावली, 2006 ('नियमावली') के नियम 3 एवं 4 तथा सम्बन्धित कम्पनी सेक्रेटरीज विनियामवली, 1982 (विनियमावली) के संगत प्रावधानों तथा अन्य लागू नियमों के साथ ंके अनुसरण में यह अधिसूचित है कि पश्चिमी भारत क्षेत्रीय परिषद् (डब्ल्यु.आई.आर.सी) के क्षेत्रीय परिषद् के चुनाव संबंधी विभिन्न कार्यकलापों का आयोजन निम्नलिखित संशोधित चुनाव तिथियों के अनुसार किया जाएगा :

3 विनियामवली के विनियम 114 के उप-विनियम (1) के साथ पठित विनियम 115 के उप-विनियम (1) के अनुसरण में, पश्चिमी भारत क्षेत्रीय परिषद् के लिए चुने जाने वाले व्यक्तियों की संख्या और विभिन्न राज्यों एवं संघ शासित क्षेत्रों के लिए आरक्षित सीटें इस प्रकार होंगी :

4. नियमावली की अनुसूची 2 के साथ पठित नियम 5, 21 एवं 28 के अनुसरण में, मतदान केन्द्रों को प्रत्येक मतदाता के लिए नियत कर दिया है। मतदाता नियत मतदान केन्द्र पर अपना मत डाल सकते हैं। मतदान केन्द्रों की एक सूची संस्थान की वेबसाइट पर प्रकाशित की गई है।
5. नियम 15 के अनुसरण, संस्थान की वेबसाईट पर उम्मीदवारों की संशोधित सूची प्रकाशित की गई है।
6. आचार संहिता को परिषद् द्वारा पारति और निर्वाचन अधिकारी द्वारा समय समय पर जारी किए गए निर्देश/परिपत्र इस चुनाव में लागू रहेंगे।
7. 10 सितम्बर, 2018 की अधिसूचना संख्या 1 के 2018 के सभी अन्य प्रासंगिक खण्ड और कम्पनी सेक्रेटरीज अधिनियम, 1980, कम्पनी सेक्रेटरीज (परिषद् के चुनाव) नियमावली, 2006 और कम्पनी सेक्रेटरीज विनियामवली, 1982 तथा अन्य लागू विधियों के सम्बन्धित प्रावधान, सब के सब इस चुनाव पर लागू होंगें।

Election to the Western India Regional Council, 2018
No. 2 of 2018.—Pursuant to the Order dated 5th December, 2018 of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay in Writ Petition No. 13109 of 2018 and the Order dated 13th December, 2018 of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP No. 32894 of 2018, the election to the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) scheduled on 14th and15th December, 2018 was postponed vide ICSI notice dated 13th December, 2018.
2. Further to the Notification No. 1of 2018 dated 10th September, 2018, and, in exercise of powers under Rules 3 and 4 and other applicable Rules of the Company Secretaries (Election to the Council) Rules, 2006 (hereinafter 'the Rules') and the relevant provisions of the Company Secretaries Regulations, 1982 (hereinafter 'the Regulations'), the revised dates for election to the Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of ICSI are hereby notified as under:

3. In pursuance of sub-regulation (1) of regulation 115 read with sub-regulation (1) of regulation 114 of the Regulations, the number of persons to be elected to Western India Regional Council and reservation of seats for various States and Union Territories therein shall be as under:

4. In pursuance of Rules 5, 21 and 28 read with Schedule 2 of the Rules, Polling Booths have been assigned to each voter for casting the vote. A list of Polling Booths has been published on the website of the Institute.
5. In pursuance of Rule 15, revised list of candidates has been published on website of the Institute.
6. Code of conduct approved by the Council & directives/circulars issued by Returning Officer from time to time shall continue to apply to this election.
7. All other relevant clauses of Notification No. 1 of 2018 dated 10th September, 2018 and all applicable provisions of the Company Secretaries Act, 1980, the Company Secretaries (Election to the Council) Rules, 2006 and the Company Secretaries Regulations, 1982, shall continue to apply to this election.
