सा.का.िन. सा.का.िन. सा.का.िन. सा.का.िन. 1222122212221222(अ)(अ)(अ)(अ)....————अिखल भारतीय सेवाएं अिधिनयम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते $ए, के न्' सरकार हरियाणा हरियाणा हरियाणा हरियाणा सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (वेतन) िनयमावली, 2016 में आगे और संशोधन करने के लिए एत0ारा निम्निलिखत िनयम बनाती है, अर्थात्:—
1. (i) इन विनियमों को भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (वेतन) तीसरा संशोधन नियमावली, 2018 कहा जाएगा।
(ii) ये िविनयम सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (वेतन) नियमावली, 2016 की अनुसूची-II में
(क) सूची में भाग-क में राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा में वरिष्ठ वेतनमान से ऊपर वेतन वाले पदों में, प्रथम कॉलम में आने वाली ''''हरियाणा'''' प्रविष्टि तथा दूसरे कॉलम में समवर्ती प्रविष्टि के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थािपत किया जाएगा, नामत:

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th December, 2018
G.S.R. 1222(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), the Central Government, in consultation with the Government of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 2016, namely: ─
1. (1) These rules may be called the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Third Amendment Rules, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.

(a) in Part A relating to Posts carrying pay above the Senior Scale of pay of the Indian Administrative Service under the State Governments, in the table, for the entry "Haryana" occurring in the first column and corresponding entries in the second column, the following shall be substituted namely:─
