सासासासा....काकाकाका....िनिनिनिन. . . . 1239123912391239((((अअअअ).).).).----–राष्ट्रपित, संिवधान के अनु(cid:17)छेद 320 के खंड (3) के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:31)ए, संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (परामर्श से छू ट) िविनयम, 1958 का और संशोधन करने के िलए निम्निलिखत िविनयम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-
1. (1) इन विनियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (परामर्श से छू ट) संशोधन िविनयम, 2018 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (परामर्श से छू ट) िविनयम, 1958 की अनुसूची 1 में, मद (19ट) और उससे संबंिधत प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्निलिखत मद और प्रविष्टियां अंत:स्थािपत की जाएंगी, , , , अर्थात् :-
"(19ठ) दादरा और नागर हवेली के संघ राज्यक्षेत्र प्रशासन के अधीन समूह 'ख' (अराजपत्रित) पदों के िलए भर्ती नियमों का िवरचना या संशोधन करना।""""

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th December, 2018
G.S.R. 1239(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to clause (3) of article 320 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1958, namely:-
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Amendment Regulations, 2018.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1958, in Schedule I, after item (19 K) and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be inserted, namely:-
"(19 L) framing or amendment of recruitment rules for Group 'B' (Non-Gazetted) posts under the Union territory Administration of Dadra and Nagar Haveli".
