काकाकाका....आआआआ. . . . 6350635063506350((((अअअअ).).).).—के न्(cid:13)ीय सरकार ने, भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण भाग II -------- ख(cid:21)ड 3 –––– उपख(cid:21)ड (ii) दिनांक 16 अगस्त, 2018 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के संस्कृ ति मंत्रालय (भारतीय पुरात%व सव'क्षण) की अिधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 3996(अ) दिनांक 13 अगस्त, 2018, िजसे प्राचीन संस्मारक तथा पुरात%वीय स्थल एंव अवशेष अिधिनयम 1958 (1958 का 24) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) यथा----अपेक्षानुसार उक्त अिधसूचना के साथ संल/ स्थल मानचित्र और अनुसूची में विनि0दष्ट पुरातात्विक स्थल एवं अवशेष को राष्ट्रीय मह%व का घोिषत करने के िलए अपने आशय का दो मास की अविध में आपत्ति प्रस्तुत करने की सूचना दी थी और उक्त अिधसूचना की एक प्रतिलिपि उक्त पुरातात्विक स्थल एवं अवशेष के िनकट सहज दृश्य स्थान पर िचपका दी गई थी;

और उक्त राजपत्र अिधसूचना की प्रतिलिपिया 10 सितम्बर, 2018 को जनता को उपलब्ध करा दी गई थी;

और के न्(cid:13)ीय सरकार द्वारा की गई ऐसी घोषणा पर जनता से कोई आपत्ति प्राप्त नह< =ई है;

अत: के न्(cid:13)ीय सरकार प्राचीन संस्मारक तथा पुरात%वीय स्थल एंव अवशेष अिधिनयम 1958 की धारा 4 की उप- धारा (3) (1958 की 24) द्वारा प्रदत्त् शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते =ए एतCारा इसके साथ संल/ स्थल मानचित्र और अनुसूची में विनि0दष्ट उक्त पुरातात्विक स्थल एवं अवशेष को राष्ट्रीय मह%व का घोिषत करती है A

(ARCHAEOLOGICAL SURVEY OF INDIA)

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27th December, 2018

S.O. 6350(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Culture (Archaeological Survey of India) number S.O. 3996 (E), dated the 13th August, 2018, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 16th August, 2018, the Central Government gave two months' notice of its intention to declare the archaeological site and remains specified in the Schedule annexed to the notification to be of national importance and a copy of the said notification was affixed at a conspicuous place near the said archaeological site and remains as required by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1958 (24 of 1958);

And whereas, copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the public on 10th September, 2018;

And whereas, no objection has been received from the public for making of such declaration by the Central Government;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1958 (24 of 1958), the Central Government hereby declares the said archaeological site and remains specified in the Site Plan and the Schedule annexed hereto, to be of national importance.
