काकाकाका....आआआआ. . . . 6356356356352222((((अअअअ).).).).—के न्(cid:13)ीय सरकार ने, , , , भारत के राजपत्र, , , , असाधारण भाग II, ख(cid:21)ड 3, , , , उपख(cid:21)ड (ii) दिनांक 14 जून, 2018 में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार के संस्कृ ति मंत्रालय (भारतीय पुरात#व सव%क्षण) की अिधसूचना संख्या का.आ.

2418 (अ) दिनांक 11 जून, 2018, िजसे प्राचीन संस्मारक तथा पुरात#वीय स्थल एवं अवशेष अिधिनयम 1958 (1958 का 24) की धारा 4 की उपधारा (1) यथा अपेक्षानुसार उक्त अिधसूचना के साथ संल. स्थल मानचित्र और अनुसूची में विनि/दष्ट प्राचीन संस्मारक को राष्ट्रीय मह#व का घोिषत करने के िलए अपने आशय का दो मास की अवधि में आपत्ति प्रस्तुत करने की सूचना दी थी और उक्त अधिसूचना की एक प्रतिलिपि उक्त पुरातात्विक स्थल एवं अवशेष के निकट सहज दृश्य स्थान पर िचपका दी गई थी;;;;

और उक्त राजपत्र अिधसूचना की प्रतिलिपियाँ 14 जून, 2018 को जनता को उपलब्ध करा दी गई थी;;;;

और के न्(cid:13)ीय सरकार द्वारा की गई ऐसी घोषणा पर जनता से कोई आपत्ति प्राप्त नहA Bई है;;;;

अत: के न्(cid:13)ीय सरकार प्राचीन संस्मारक तथा पुरात#वीय स्थल एवं अवशेष अिधिनयम 1958 की धारा 4 की उपधारा (3) द्वारा प्रDत्त्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते Bए एतHारा इसके साथ संलI स्थल मानचित्र और अनुसूची में विनि/दष्ट उक्त प्राचीन संस्मारक को राष्ट्रीय मह#व का घोिषत करती है |

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27th December, 2018

S.O. 6352 (E).—Whereas by notification of the Central Government of India, in the Ministry of Culture (Archaeological Survey of India) vide number S.O. 2418 (E) dated the 11th June, 2018, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii), dated the 14th June, 2018, the Central Government gave two months' notice of its intention to declare the ancient monument specified in the site plan and the Schedule annexed to the said notification to be of National importance and a copy of the notification was affixed in a conspicuous place near the said ancient monument as required under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1958 (24 of 1958);

And, whereas copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the public on 14th June, 2018;

And, whereas no objection has been received from the public to making such declaration by the Central Government;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1958, the Central Government hereby declares the said ancient monument specified in the Schedule and site plan annexed hereto, to be of national importance.
