का.आ. का.आ. का.आ. का.आ. 6364636463646364(अ)(अ)(अ)(अ)....————समय–समय पर यथासंशोधित विदेश (cid:26)यापार नीित 2015-20 के पैरा(cid:29)ाफ 1.02 और 2.01 के साथ पठित विदेश (cid:26)यापार (िवकास एवं िविनयमन) अिधिनयम, 1992 (1992का 22) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते -ए कें 0ीय सरकार भारतीय (cid:26)यापार वर्गीकरण (सुमेलीकृ त प्रणाली) 2017, अनुसूची-1 (आयात नीित) के अध्याय 7 की मदों की आयात नीति में एतद् द्वारा निम्नवत संशोधन करती है :—

नोटनोटनोटनोट :::: मूल अधिसूचना भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण में दिनांक 17 जनवरी 2017 के का.आ. संख्या 172 (अ) के तहत दिनांक 17 जनवरी 2017 की अधिसूचना संख्या 36/2015-20 के तहत जारी की गई थी और उसमें पिछला संशोधन दिनांक 28 सितम्बर 2018 के का.आ. संख्या 5016 (अ) के तहत दिनांक 28 सितंबर 2018 की अधिसूचना सं. 37/2015-20 के तहत किया गया था ।

S.O. 6364(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by section 3 of Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (22 of 1992), read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015— 2020, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends the Import Policy of items of Chapter 7 of the Indian Trade Classification (Harmonised System), 2017, Schedule - 1 (Import Policy), as under:—
