का.आ.का.आ.का.आ.का.आ. 6358635863586358(अ).(अ).(अ).(अ).————के न्(cid:21)ीय सरकार, प्रेस परिषद् अधिनियम, 1978 (1978 का 37) की धारा 5 की उप-धारा (3) और उप-धारा (5) के साथ पठित धारा 6 की उप-धारा (6) के अनुसरण में, भारत सरकार के सूचना और प्रसारण मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण में का.आ. संख्यांक 2182(अ), तारीख 30 मई, 2018 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी, का निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात् :—

2. उक्त अधिसूचना में Dम सं. 9 के सामने प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएंगी, अर्थात् :—

New Delhi, the 28th December, 2018

S.O. 6358(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of sub-sections (3) and (5) of section 5 read with sub-section (6) of section 6 of the Press Council Act, 1978 (37 of 1978), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide number S.O. 2182(E), dated the 30th May, 2018, namely:—

2. In the said notification, against serial number 9, for the entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:—

"Shri Jaishankar Gupta

Correspondent, Deshbandhu,

506, INS Building, Rafi Marg, New Delhi.

Residence: 26B Skylark Apartment,

Gazipur, Delhi –110096."
