काकाकाका.आ. .आ. .आ. .आ. 6359635963596359(अ).(अ).(अ).(अ).————सीमा-शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 (1962 का 52 ) की धारा 7 की उप-धारा (1), के उपवाक्य (क) के तहत प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते 'ए के न्*ीय अप्रत्यक्ष कर सीमाशुल्क बोर्ड, एतद् द्वारा भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग) की अधिसूचना संख्या 62/1994-सीमा-शुल्क (गै.टे), दिनांक 21 नवम्बर 1994, िजसे सा.का.िन. 829(अ), दिनांक 21 नवम्बर 1994 के तहत भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, में प्रकाशित किया गया था में और आगे भी निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है :—
उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में महाराष्ट्र राज्य से संबंधित Kम संख्या 8 के समक्ष, कॉलम (3) के मद 8 में, और संबंधित कॉलम (4) की प्रविष्टि में, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा :—
"आयातित कोयले की मिसर्स अदानी इलेक्ट्रीसिटी मुम्बई लिमिटेड के द्वारा उतरवायी"

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th December, 2018
No.101/2018-Customs (N.T.)
S.O. 6359(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of the section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 62/1994-Customs (N.T.), dated the 21st November, 1994, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number S.O. 829(E), dated the 21st November, 1994, namely:—
In the said notification in the Table, against serial number 8 relating to the State of Maharashtra, in item (8) in column (3), for the entries relating thereto, in column (4), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:—
"Unloading of imported coal by M/s. Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited".
