का.आ. का.आ. का.आ. का.आ. 6362636263626362(अ)(अ)(अ)(अ)....————जबकि के न्(cid:26)ीय सरकार का यह मत है कि लोक िहत में यह समीचीन है कि औद्योगिक िववाद अिधिनयम, 1947 (1947 का 14), की प्रथम अनुसूची में 'रसायिनक उर्वरक उद्योग' जोड़ा जाए;
अतः, अब, के न्(cid:26)ीय सरकार औद्योगिक िववाद अिधिनयम, 1947 (1947 का 14) की धारा 40 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते )ए उक्त अिधिनयम की प्रथम अनुसूची में, उसकी मद सं. 32 के प,ात् निम्नलिखित मद जोड़ती है, अर्थात् :-
"33. रसायिनक उर्वरक उद्योग''।

S.O. 6362(E).—Whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest to add to the First Schedule to the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), the 'Chemical Fertilizer industry';
2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 40 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), the Central Government hereby adds the following item to the First Schedule to the said Act, after item 32 thereof, namely:---"33. Chemical Fertilizer industry".

काकाकाका....आआआआ.... 6363636363636363((((अअअअ).).).).————जबकि के न्(cid:26)ीय सरकार संतुष्ट है कि लोक िहत में ऐसा अपेक्षित है कि औद्योगिक िववाद अिधिनयम, 1947 (1947 का 14) की प्रथम अनुसूची में प्रविष्टि 33 के अधीन आने वाली, रसायिनक उर्वरक उद्योग में सेवा, उक्त अिधिनयम के प्रयोजन के िलए लोकोपयोगी सेवा घोिषत की जाए;
अतः, अब, के न्(cid:26)ीय सरकार औद्योगिक िववाद अिधिनयम, 1947 (1947 का 14) की धारा 2 के खंड (ढ) के उपखंड (vi) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते )ए एत7ारा उक्त अिधिनयम के प्रयोजन के िलए उक्त उद्योग को इस अिधसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से छह मास की अविध के िलए लोकोपयोगी सेवा घोिषत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th December, 2018
S.O. 6363(E).ÑÑÑÑWhereas the Central Government is satisfied that the public interest requires that the service in the Chemical Fertilizer industry, which is covered by entry 33 in the First Schedule to the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), should be declared to be a public utility service for the purposes of the said Act;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (vi) of clause (n) of section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), the Central Government hereby declares from the date of publication of this notification the said industry to be a public utility service for the purposes of the said Act for a period of six months.
