सं0फा0 03(01)/एफएएस/यूएपीडब्ल्यूडी/डीएसडब्ल्यू/06-07/प0-1/32211-223.—राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार, दिनांक 4 नवम्बर, 2009 की अधिसूचना संख्या फा. 03(01)/एफएएस/यूएपीडब्ल्यूडी/ डीएसडब्ल्यू/06-07/1880-1891 के राजपत्र में यथा-प्रकाशित ''विशेष आवश्यकता में व्यक्तियों को आर्थिक सहायता, 2009'' के नियम में तथा उत्तरवर्ती संशोधनों में जिसमें दिनांक 14 फरवरी, 2017 की अधिसूचना संख्या 41(230)/डीएसडब्लयू/ एफएएस/पेंशन-बढ़ोतरी/2016-17/3015-3025 द्वारा किये गये अंतिम संशोधन भी शामिल हैं, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है।
नियम 4 (v) में संशोधन
नियम 4 के (v) में ''आवेदक की आयु 0-60 वर्ष के बीच होगी'' शब्दों के स्थान पर ''यह स्कीम दिव्यांग व्यक्तियों पर लागू होगी तथा आयु पर विचार नहीं होगा यदि वे आवास, दिव्यांगता की मात्रा तथा आय की शेष पात्रताओं को पूरा करते हैं।'' शब्दों को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा।
नियम 12 (a) में संशोधन
तद्नुसार, विद्यमान नियम 12 (क) ''जिस लाभार्थी की आयु 60 वर्ष हो जाती है वह स्वतः ही वृद्धावस्था पेंशन स्कीम में अन्तरित हो जायेगा'' को हटाया जायेगा।

F. 3(1)/FAS/UAPWD/DSW/06-07/Pt-I/32211-223.—The Government of NCT of Delhi is pleased to make the following amendment in the rules in 'Financial Assistance to Persons with Special Needs, 2009' as published in the Delhi Gazette vide Notification No. F 3(1)/FAS/UAPWD/DSW/06-07/1880-1891 dated November 04, 2009 and subsequent amendments including last amendment vide notification No. F. 41 (230)/DSW/FAS/Pen. Enhance/2016- 17/3015-325 dated February 14, 2017 :-
Amendment to Rule 4 (v)
In Rule 4 (v), the words "The applicants shall be between the ages 0-60 years" are replaced by the words "The scheme shall be applicable to all persons with disability irrespective of age, if they continue to fulfill the remaining eligibility criterion for residence, degree of disability and income".
Amendment to Rule 12 (a)
Accordingly, the Rule 12 (a) of the existing rules, "The beneficiaries who attain the age of 60 years shall automatically be transferred to the Old Age Pension Scheme" stands deleted.
The above amendments shall be effective from the month of notification.
This issues with the approval of Hon'ble Chief Minister.
