काकाकाका.आ..आ..आ..आ.6390639063906390(अ.).(अ.).(अ.).(अ.).––––पासपोर्ट (भारत में प्रवेश) नियमावली, 1950 के िनयम-3 के उप-नियम (ख) के अनुसरण में, के न्%ीय सरकार एतदद्वारा संघ राज्य क्षेत्र अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीप समूह के पोर्ट ब्लेयर िवमानपत्तन को सभी 3ेणियों के यात्रियों के लिए वैध यात्रा दस्तावेजों के साथ भारत में प्रवेश/निकास के लिए प्राधिकृ त आप्रवासन जांच चौकी के रूप में नामोद्दिष्ट करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th December, 2018
S.O. 6390(E).—In pursuance of sub-rule (b) of rule 3 of the Passport (Entry into India) Rules, 1950, the Central Government hereby designates Port Blair Airport of Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands as an authorized Immigration Check Post for entry into/exit from India with valid travel documents for all classes of passengers.

काकाकाका.आ..आ..आ..आ.6391639163916391(अ(अ(अ(अ).).).).–––– िवदेशी िवषयक आदेश, 1948 के खंड 2 के उप-खंड(2) के अनुसरण में, के न्%ीय सरकार एतदद्वारा पुलिस अधीक्षक, सी.आई. डी, अंडमान और िनकोबार पुिलस, अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीप समूह संघ राज्य क्षेत्र को अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीप समूह संघ राज्य क्षेत्र के क्षेत्राधिकार में स्थित पोर्ट ब्लेयर िवमानपत्तन में स्थित आप्रवासन जांच चौकी के लिए उक्त आदेश के प्रयोजनार्थ दिनांक 31 दिसम्बर, 2018 से "सिविल प्राधिकारी" नियुक्त करती है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 28th December, 2018
S.O.6391(E).—In pursuance of Sub-Clause (2) of clause 2 of the Foreigners Order 1948, the Central Government hereby appoints the Superintendent of Police, CID, Andaman and Nicobar Police, Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands as the "Civil Authority" for the purposes of the said Order for the Immigration Check Post located at Port Blair Airport in the jurisdiction of Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands with effect from 31st December, 2018.
