नई दिल्ली, 31 दिसम्बर, 2018 2018 la- 5.— कम्पनी सचिव अधिनियम, 1980 की धारा 23 और कम्पनी सचिव विनियमावली, 1982 के साथ पठित कम्पनी सचिव (परिषद के चुनाव) नियमावली, 2006 के अन्तर्गत जारी 10 सितम्बर 2018 की अधिसूचना सं. 1 के अनुसरण में दक्षिणी भारत क्षेत्रीय परिषद के 6 सदस्यों के लिए चुनाव 14 दिसम्बर 2018 को आयोजित किए गए। 27 दिसम्बर 2018 से 28 दिसम्बर 2018 तक मतों की गणना के बाद दक्षिणी भारत क्षेत्रीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से निम्नलिखित उम्मीदवारों को (निर्वाचन क्रमानुसार) निर्वाचित घोषित किया गया हैः

No. 5 of 2018.— Pursuant to Notification No. 1 of 2018 dated 10th September, 2018 issued under the Company Secretaries (Election to the Council) Rules, 2006 read with Section 23 of the Company Secretaries Act, 1980 and the Company Secretaries Regulations, 1982, the elections for electing 6 members to the Southern India Regional Council was held on 14th December, 2018. Following members have been declared elected from Southern India Regional Constituency (in the order elected) after the counting of votes held from 27th December, 2018 to 28th December, 2018:—
