सासासासा....काकाकाका....िनिनिनिन.... 1251251251258888(अ).(अ).(अ).(अ).—के न्(cid:15)ीय सरकार सीमा शुल्क अिधिनयम, 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (ए, यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है, भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय (राजस्व विभाग) की अधिसूचना सं. 152/2009-सीमा शुल्क, तारीख 31 दिसम्बर, 2009, सा.का.िन. 943(अ), तारीख 31 दिसम्बर, 2009 जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उप-खंड (i) में प्रकािशत की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है अर्थात् :—
उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी में,—
(i) Cम संख्या 11, 12, 26, 29, 31, 32, 33, 34, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 42, 43, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 52, 53, 55, 57, 58, 59B, 60, 62, 65, 70, 71, 84, 87, 92, 99, 101, 104, 110, 111 और 113 में, स्तंभ (4) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, प्रविष्टि "15.00" को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा;
(ii) Cम संख्या 27, 28, 56, 137, 143, 179 और 181 में, स्तंभ (4) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, प्रविष्टि "2.50" को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा;
(iii) Cम संख्या 30 में, स्तंभ (4) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, प्रविष्टि "12.50" को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा;
(iv) Cम संख्या 35 और 112 में, स्तंभ (4) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, प्रविष्टि "7.50" को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा;
(v) Cम संख्या 16, 41, 891 और 898 में, स्तंभ (4) की प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर, प्रविष्टि "50.00" को प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा;

G.S.R. 1258(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No.152/2009-Customs, dated the 31st December, 2009, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 943(E), dated the 31st December, 2009, namely:—
In the said notification, in the Table,—
(i) against serial numbers 11, 12, 26, 29, 31, 32, 33, 34, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 42, 43, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 52, 53, 55, 57, 58, 59B, 60, 62, 65, 70, 71, 84, 87, 92, 99, 101, 104, 110, 111 and 113, for the entry in column (4), the entry, "15.00", shall be substituted;
(ii) against serial numbers 27, 28, 56, 137, 143, 179 and 181, for the entry in column (4), the entry "2.50" shall be substituted;
