का.आ. 8(अ).—के न्र्दीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. 4151(अ), दिनांकित 23.12.2016 का अधिकर्मण करते हुए एत(cid:7375)ारा निदेश देती है कि राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग और अवसंरचना विकास निगम लिमिटेड कालम (1) में राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के उक्त तालिका के कालम (2) में यथा-विनिदिष्ट सदृश खंड का निम्नलिखित तालिका के कालम (3) तथा कालम (4) में यथा- विनिदिष्ट खंड का विकास तथा अनुरक्षण संबंधी कार्य करेगा ।
उक्त अधिसूचना की सारणी में, कर्मश: कॉलम सं. (1), (2), (3) और (4) के अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियों का विलोप किया जाएगा:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 2nd January, 2019
S.O. 8(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by section 5 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), and in supersession to this Ministry's Notification No. 4151(E) dated 23.12.2016, the Central Government hereby directs that the National Highways & Infrastruture Develoopment Corporation Limited shall exercise the function relating to the development and maintenance of the stretch as specified in column (3) and column(4) of the following Table, of the corresponding section as specified in Column (2) of the said Table, of the National Highways as described in column (1) thereof.
In the Table to the said notification, the following entries, under columns number (1), (2), (3)and (4) respectively shall be omitted:-

का.आ. 9(अ).—के न्र्दीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम, 1956 (1956 का 48) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एत(cid:7375)ारा निदेश देती है कि इसके साथ संलग्न तालिका के कॉलम (2) में वणित प्रत्येक राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग से संबंधित काय(cid:7300) का निष्पादन करने के संबंध में प्रत्येक राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के सामने तालिका के कॉलम (3) में विनिर्धारित कार्य इस शर्त के अध्यधीन राज्य सरकारों द्वारा पूरे किए जाएंगे कि संबंधित राज्य सरकार उक्त अधिनियम केभारत का राजपत्रा : असाधरण [भाग IIखण्ड 3(ii)] 3 अधीन वतर्मान में लागू नियमों का अनुपालन करने के लिए ऐसे काय(cid:7300) को करने के लिए बाध्य होगी और उस प्रयोजनार्थ भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन पोत परिवहन, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय (सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग), की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1096 (अ), दिनांकित 4 अगस्त, 2005 में एत(cid:7375)ारा निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, कर्म सं. 35 के लिए तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां अंत:स्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-

टिप्पण: मूल अधिसूचना को का.आ. सं. 1096 (अ), दिनांकित 4 अगस्त, 2005 द्वारा प्रकाशित किया गया था और उसे पिछली बार का.आ. सं. 5666(अ), दिनांकित 8 नवंबर, 2018 द्वारा संशोधित किया गया था ।
NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 2nd January, 2019
S.O. 9(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby directs that the functions in relation to the execution of works pertaining to each of the National Highways described in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be exercisable by the State Government specified in column (3) of the Table against each highway subject to the condition that the State Government concerned shall in the exercise of such functions be bound to comply with the rules for the time being in force under the said Act and for that purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways) number S.O. 1096(E), dated the 4th August, 2005, namely:-
In the said notification, in the Schedule, for serial number 35 & and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely: -
