का.आ.का.आ.का.आ.का.आ. 40(अ).(अ).(अ).(अ).————मोटरयान अधिनियम, 1988 की धारा 58 की उपधारा (3) एवं धारा 110 की उप-धारा (3) (अ) द्वारा प्रदत्त षक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार ने दिनांक 17.01.2018 की राजपत्र अधिसूचना का. आ. 286(अ) और दिनांक 09.07.2018 की राजपत्र अधिसूचना का.आ. 3366(अ) द्वारा मै. रेषमसिंह एण्ड कं0 प्रा. लिमिटेड, मुम्बई को दो अलग-अलग श्री महाविष्णु विष्वस्वरूपा दर्षनम की मूर्ति के में0 चेट्टीकुलम से विवेकनगर पोस्ट, बैंगालोर तक सड़क यातायात हेतु उपरोक्त अधिसूचना में संलग्न अनुसूची की शर्तो के अधीन अनुमोदन प्रदान की थी। उक्त अधिसूचनाओं के अनुसूची में वर्णित यातायात की अवधि की वैधता सितम्बर, 2019 तक के लिए बढ़ाया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th December, 2018
S.O. 40(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 58 and sub-Section 3(a) of Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central Government vide Gazette notification No. S.O. 286(E) dated 17th Junuary, 2018 and S.O. 3366(E) dated 9th July, 2018 has accorded approval to M/s Reshamsingh & Co. Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai for transportation of two heavy idol of Shri Maha Vishnu Vishvaroopa Dharshanam during the period January, 2018 to September, 2018 from M/s Chettikulam to Vivek Nagar Post, Bangalore by road as per conditions specified in the schedule appended to the said notification. The validity of the period for transportation, as stipulated in the schedule of the above mentioned notification, is hereby extended to September, 2019.
