NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 21st December, 2018

S.O. 37(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act,1971 (40 of 1971) the Central Government, hereby appoints the officer of the Land Ports Authority of India mentioned in column (1) of the Table below, to be Estate Officer for the purpose of the said Act, who shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on Estate Officer by or under the said Act within the local limits of their jurisdiction of respect of the Public Premises specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table.

( का 40) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते $ए एतद्वारा नीचे दी गई तालिका के कॉलम (1) में उल्लिखित भारतीय भू-पत्तन प्राधिकरण के अधिकारी को उक्त अधिनियम के उद्देश्य के लिए संपदा अधिकारी नियुक्त करती है जो उक्त तािलका के कॉलम (2) की तदनुरूपी प्रविष्टि में विनि7र्दष्ट सरकारी स्थान के संबंध में अपने क्षेत्राधिकार की स्थानीय सीमाओं के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम द्वारा अथवा उसके तहत संपदा अधिकारी के लिए विनि7र्दष्ट शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेगा तथा स>पे गए कर्त?यों का निर्वहन करेगा। िनिध खरे] संयुक्त सिचव ↩
