संसंसंसं. . . . यूयूयूयू----23013/15/201423013/15/201423013/15/201423013/15/2014----एलएलएलएल....डब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यूडब्ल्यू....————ठेका (cid:17)म (िविनयमन एवं उत्सादन) अिधिनयम, 1970 की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते "ए, के न्&ीय ठेका (cid:17)म सलाहकार बोर्ड एतद् द्वारा निद)शित करता है कि भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण, भाग I ख/ड 1 में प्रकाशित (cid:17)म और रोजगार मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के संकल्प संख्या यू-23013/15/2014-एल डब्ल्यू दिनांक 19 अगस्त 2019 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए जाएंगे, नामत:

RESOLUTION
New Delhi, the 31st December, 2019
No. U-23013/15/2014-LW.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby makes the following amendment in the Resolution of the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, No. U-23013/15/2014-LW, dated 19/08/2019, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part I, Section 1, namely:-
(1) In the said Resolution, against the entries at para 2(vi), the following shall be substituted:
"(vi) Shri Surendra Kumar Pandey Member
Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh
Qutr. 107, P.O. – Vishrampur Koliyari
District Surajpur, Chhatishgarh
(vii) Shri Alok Kumar Member

(viii) Dy. CLC(C) concerned of the Coal Companies of Coal India Ltd. Member Convener" (2) In the said resolution, against the entries at para 4, the following shall be substituted:
"The Headquarters of the Committee will be the city at which the office of the Dy. CLC(C) concerned is situated. The committee shall submit the quarterly report to the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board."
