"न्यू मैंगलोर पोर्ट ट्रस्ट में बर्थ संख्या 11 और 12 पर फायर फइ6टग सिस्टम के संचालन और रखरखाव से संबंधित उक्त प्रतिष्ठान में ठेका (cid:17)म (विनियमन और उत्सादन) अधिनियम, 1970 की धारा 10 के उपबंधों को ध्यान में रखते !ए उपयु र्क्त कायS के सभी पहलुओं में ठेका (cid:17)म प्रणाली का उलमुलन किया जाए अथवा नहV इसके बारे में उपयु र्क्त सिफारिश करना।
4. समिति का मुख्यालय बैंगलोर में होगा। समिति को अपनी रिपोर्ट तीन माह के अन्दर प्रस्तुत करनी चाहिए।

RESOLUTION
New Delhi, the 31st December, 2019
No. U-23013/01/2018-LW.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby constitutes a Committee to go into the question of abolition of contract labour system in the operation and maintenance of Fire Fighting System at Berth Nos. 11 & 12 in the establishment of the New Mengalore Port Turst:-
2. The composition of the Committee and its term of reference will be as under:-

3. The terms of reference of the proposed Committee would be as follows:-
"To study the working of contract labour system in all aspects relating to the operation and maintenance of Fire Fighting System at Berth Nos. 11 & 12 in New Mengalore Port Trust and to make suitable recommendation whether or not the practice of Contract Labour System in the above jobs/works in the said establishment be abolished keeping in view of the provisions of Section 10 of the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970."
4. The Headquarters of the Committee will be at Bangalore. The Committee should submit its report within three months.
