का.आ. 63(अ)का.आ. 63(अ)का.आ. 63(अ)का.आ. 63(अ)....————के न्(cid:13)ीय सरकार को लोकहित में यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता है कि हासन (कर्नाटक राज्य) से चेरलापल्ली (तेलंगाना राज्य) तक एलपीजी परिवहन के लिए हिदुस्तान पेट्रोलियम काप-रेशन लिमिटेड द्वारा पाइपलाइन िबछाई जानी चािहए;

और के न्(cid:13)ीय सरकार को उक्त पाइपलाइन बिछाने के प्रयोजन के लिए यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता है कि ऐसी भूमि जिसके नीचे पाइपलाइन बिछाई जाने का प्रस्ताव है और जो इस अधिसूचना जिला मेडचल मलकाजीिगरी से उपाब< अनुसूची में व=णत है, में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन किया जाए;

अतः अब, के न्(cid:13)ीय सरकार, पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइपलाइन्स (भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन) अिधिनयम, 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 की उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते Iए, उनमें भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा करती है;

कोई Lक्ति, जो उक्त अनुसूची में व=णत भूमि में हितब< है, उस तारीख से िजसको, भारत के राजपत्र में यथा प्रकाशित इस अधिसूचना की प्रतियाँ साधारण जनता को उपलब्ध करा दी जाती हैं, इRीस दिन के भीतर, भूिम के नीचे पाइपलाइन िबछाये जाने के िलए, उसमें उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन करने के संबंध में Sी बी. वेंकटेTरलू, सक्षम 76 GI/2020

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27th December, 2019

S.O. 63(E).—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government, that it is necessary in the public interest that for the transportation of LPG Pipeline, Hassan (Karnataka) to Cherlapalli (Telangana) should be laid by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited;

And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is necessary to acquire the right of user in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid, in Medchal Malkajigiri District of Telangana State, and which is described in the Schedule annexed to this notification;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;

Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may, within twenty one days from the date on which the copies of this notification issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, as published in the Gazette of India, are made available to the general public, object in writing to the acquisition of the right of user therein or laying of the pipeline under the land to The Competent Authority & Deputy Collector, Hassan-Cherlapalli LPG Pipeline Project, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, Module No. 202, Second floor NSIC-EMDBP Building, Kamalanagar, Dr. A.S. Rao Nagar ECIL (P.O) Hyderabad-500062.
