संसंसंसं.... सेबी/एल.ए.डीसेबी/एल.ए.डीसेबी/एल.ए.डीसेबी/एल.ए.डी----एन.आर.ओ./जी.एन./2020/01.एन.आर.ओ./जी.एन./2020/01.एन.आर.ओ./जी.एन./2020/01.एन.आर.ओ./जी.एन./2020/01.—बोर्ड, भारतीय प्रतिभूति और िविनमय बोर्ड अिधिनयम, 1992 (1992 का 15) की धारा 30 के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:23)ए एत(cid:25)ारा भारतीय प्रतिभूति और िविनमय बोर्ड [पू ँजी का निगर्मन (इश्यू) और प्रकटीकरण अपेक्षाएँ] िविनयम, 2018 का और संशोधन करने के िलए निम्नलिखित िविनयम बनाता है, अर्थात्:-
1. इन विनियमों को भारतीय प्रतिभूति और िविनमय बोर्ड [पू ँजी का निगर्मन (इश्यू) और प्रकटीकरण अपेक्षाएँ] (सातवाँ संशोधन) िविनयम, 2019 कहा जा सके गा ।
2. वे राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त (लागू) होंगे ।
3. भारतीय प्रतिभूति और िविनमय बोर्ड [पू ँजी का निगर्मन (इश्यू) और प्रकटीकरण अपेक्षाएँ] िविनयम, 2018 में,- I. िविनयम 4, 29, 43, 44, 101, 127, 139, 140, 152, 156, 182, 186, 189, 201, 227, 246, 250, 264 तथा 265 में, शब्द "रजिस्टर", जहाँ कह; भी दिया (cid:23)आ हो, शब्दों और चि@नों "दािखल (फाइल)" से प्रतिस्थापित हो जाएगा ।

III. िविनयम 25 तथा 123 में, शब्द "रजिस्टर", जहाँ कह; भी दिया (cid:23)आ हो, शब्दों और चि@नों "दािखल (फाइल)" से प्रतिस्थापित हो जाएगा ।
IV. अनुसूची-V में,-
i. प्ररूप-ग में, शब्द "रजिस्टर", शब्दों और चि@नों "दािखल (फाइल)" से प्रतिस्थापित हो जाएगा;
ii. प्ररूप-ग में, शब्द "रजिस्ट्रीकृ त", शब्दों और चि@नों "दाखिल (फाइल) किए गए" से प्रतिस्थापित हो जाएगा;
iii. प्ररूप-घ में, शब्द "रजिस्ट्रीकृ त" शब्दों और चि@नों "दाखिल (फाइल) किए गए" से प्रतिस्थापित हो जाएगा ।
V. अनुसूची-VI में, भाग-क में,-
i. अनुदेश से संबंधित खंड में, उप-खंड (ख) में, शब्द "रजिस्टर", शब्दों और चि@नों "दािखल (फाइल)" से प्रतिस्थापित हो जाएगा;
ii. खंड (7) में, उप-खंड (ण) में, पैरा (घ) में, शब्द "रजिस्टर", शब्दों और चि@नों "दािखल (फाइल)" से प्रतिस्थापित हो जाएगा;
iii. खंड (14) में, उप-खंड (ध) में,-
क. पैरा (2) में, शब्द "रजिस्टर", शब्दों और चि@नों "दािखल (फाइल)" से प्रतिस्थापित हो जाएगा;
ख. पैरा (6) में, शब्द "रजिस्टर (cid:23)आ", शब्दों और चि@नों "दाखिल (फाइल) किया जाए" से प्रतिस्थापित हो जाएंगे ।
VI. अनुसूची-XIII में, भाग-क में,-

REQUIREMENTS) (SEVENTH AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2019
No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2020/1.—In exercise of the powers conferred under section 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Board hereby makes the following Regulations to further amend the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, namely:— 1. These regulations may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) (Seventh Amendment) Regulations, 2019.
2. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 3. In the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018,-
I. in regulations 4, 29, 43, 44, 101, 127, 139, 140, 152, 156, 182, 186, 189, 201, 227, 250, 264 and 265, for the word "registering", wherever it occurs, the word "filing" shall be substituted.
II. in regulations 25 and 123, the words "registering or" shall be omitted. III. in regulations 25 and 123, for the word "registering", wherever it occurs, the word "filing" shall be substituted.
IV. in regulations 29, 127, 189 and 250, for the word "registered", the word "filed" shall be substituted.
V. in regulation 246, for the word "registration" the word "filing" shall be substituted. VI. in Schedule V,-4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC. 4] i. in form C, for the word "registering" the word "filing" shall be substituted; ii. in form C, for the word "registered" the word "filed" shall be substituted; iii. in form D, for the word "registered" the word "filed" shall be substituted.
VII. in Schedule VI, Part A,-
i. for the word "registering" the word "filing" shall be substituted; ii. in clause (7), in sub-clause (O), in para (d), for the word "registered" the word "filed" shall be substituted;

VIII. in Schedule XIII, in Part A,-
