सा.का.िनसा.का.िनसा.का.िनसा.का.िन. 11111111(अ).(अ).(अ).(अ).————के न्(cid:12)ीय सरकार,,,, आयुध अधिनियम, 1959 (1959 का 54) की धारा 44 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते 'ए, आयुध नियम, 2016 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात् ::::————
1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारम्भ.————(1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम आयुध (संशोधन) िनयम,,,, 2020 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. आयुध नियम, 2016 में,,,, िनयम 15 के उप- िनयम (2) और उप- नियम (4) में "1 अप्रैल,,,, 2019" अंकों,,,, अक्षरों और शब्दों के स्थान पर "30 जून,,,, 2020"""" अंक,,,, अक्षर और शब्द रखे जाएँगे।

G.S.R. 11(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44 of the Arms Act, 1959 (54 of 1959), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Arms Rules, 2016, namely:—
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Arms (Amendment) Rules, 2020.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Arms Rules, 2016, in rule 15, in sub-rules (2) and (4), for the figures, letters and words " 1st day of April, 2019", the figures, letters and word, " 30th June, 2020" shall be substituted.

Note : The principal rules were published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i) vide notification number GSR 701(E), dated the 15th July, 2016 and subsequently amended vide GSR 1342 (E), dated the 27th October, 2017, GSR 1468(E), dated the 28th November, 2017,GSR 624 (E), dated the 11th July, 2018, GSR 644(E), dated the 12th July, 2018 and GSR 1079 (E), dated the 1st November, 2018.
