काकाकाका....आआआआ. . . . 91919191(अ).(अ).(अ).(अ).—के न्(cid:9)ीय सरकार, पेट्रोलियम और खिनज पाइपलाइन (भूिम मे उपयोग के अिधकार का अर्जन) अिधिनयम, 1962 (1962 का 50 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:30)ए भारत सरकार के पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृ तिक गैस मंत्रालय की अिधसूचना संख्या का. आ. 3709 (अ) दिनांक 10 अक्तूबर, 2019, भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र दिनांक 15 अक्तूबर, 2019 में प्रकाशित अिधसूचना की अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित शु,ीयां करती है।

ए) अिधसूचना के हिन्दी संस्करण में पुष्ट संख्या 31 पर कोलम 2 के 1म संख्या 84 में गांव का नाम एच कम्मरग3ा को वीलोिपत किया जाता है तथा उसके स्थान पर बी कम्मरग3ा पढ़ा जाए ।

ब) अिधसूचना के अं5ेजी संस्करण में पुष्ट संख्या 36 पर कोलम 2 के 1म संख्या 84 में गांव का नाम एच कम्मरग3ा को वीलोिपत किया जाता है तथा उसके स्थान पर बी कम्मरग3ा पढ़ा जाए ।

S.O. 91(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following Corrigendum in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas published vide S.O. No. 3709(E) Dated 10th October, 2019, published in the Extraordinary Gazette of India Dated 15th October, 2019, as under. 113 GI/2020 (1) 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] In the Said Notification at a) Page No. 31 in Hindi Notification Column 2 of Sl. No. 84 Village name H. Kammaragatta is deleted

and it should be read as B. Kammaragatta.

b) Page No. 36 in English Notification Column 2 of Sl. No. 84 Village name H. Kammaragatta is deleted and it should be read as B. Kammaragatta.

ए) अिधसूचना के हिन्दी संस्करण में पृष्ट संख्या 13 पर कॉलम 2 के 1म संख्या 110 में गांव का नाम अंकसं(cid:9)ा को वीलोिपत किया जाता है तथा उसके स्थान पर अंकसं(cid:9)ा कावलु पढ़ा जाए ।

ब) अिधसूचना के अं5ेजी संस्करण में पुष्ट संख्या 22 पर कोलम 2 के 1म संख्या 110 में गांव का नाम अंकसं(cid:9)ा को वीलोिपत किया जाता है तथा उसके स्थान पर अंकसं(cid:9)ा कावलु पढ़ा जाए ।

No. 3708(E) Dated 10th October, 2019, published in the Extraordinary Gazette of India Dated 15th October, 2019, as under.

In the Said Notification at

a) Page No.13 in Hindi Notification Column 2 of Sl.No.110 Village name Ankasandra is deleted and it should be read as Ankasandra Kavalu.

b) Page No.22 in English Notification Column 2 of Sl.No.110 Village name Ankasandra is deleted and it should be read as Ankasandra Kavalu.
