काकाकाका....आआआआ. . . . 102102102102((((अअअअ))))....————सार्वजनिक स्थल (अनाधिकृ त अधिभोगियों की बेदखली) अिधिनयम, 1971 (1971 का 40) की धारा-3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते %ए तथा विद्युत मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की नीचे दी गई अधिसूचना संख्या एसओ 1257 दिनांक 27 मार्च, 2002 के अधि6मण में, जहां तक कि यह 6म सं. 5 (दी गई तालिका में) तथा हरियाणा राज्य में फरीदाबाद गैस पावर प्रोजेक्ट, एनटीपीसी िलिमटेड के संबंध में इसकी संबंधित प्रविष्टियों से संबंिधत है, कें G सरकार एतदद्वारा नीचे दी गई तालिका के कॉलम (1) में उल्लिखित अधिकारी, जो कि भारत सरकार के राजपत्रित अधिकारी के रैंक के समतुल्य हैं, को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए संपदा अधिकारी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है, जो उक्त तालिका के कॉलम (2) में संबंधित प्रविष्टि में निLदष्ट सार्वजनिक परिसरों की Mेणियों के संबंध में, अधिकारिता की स्थानीय सीमाओं के भीतर उक्त अधिनियम द्वारा अथवा उसके अंतर्गत संपदा अधिकारी को दी गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करेंगे तथा सOपे गए उत्तरदायित्वों का निर्वहन करेंगेः 2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] तािलकातािलकातािलकातािलका

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th December, 2019
S.O. 102(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971 (40 of 1971) and in supersession of the following notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Power number S.O. 1257, dated the 27th March, 2002, in so far as it relates to serial number 5 (in the Table therein) and the entries relating thereto in respect of the Faridabad Gas Power Project, NTPC Limited in the State of Haryana, the Central Government hereby appoints the officer mentioned in column (1) of the Table below, being equivalent to the rank of Gazetted Officer in the Government of India, to be Estate Officer for the purposes of the said Act, who shall exercise the powers conferred and perform the duties imposed on Estate Officer by or under the said Act, within the local limits of jurisdiction in respect of the categories of public premises specified in the corresponding entry in column (2) of the said Table, namely:-
