निम्निलिखत प्रारूप अधिसूचना जारी करने का प्रस्ताव करती है िजसे एत+ारा, पर्यावरण )संरक्षण (िनयम , 1986 के िनयम 5 के उप-िनयम ) 3 (के तहत यथापेक्षित , इससे प्रभावित होने वाले जन

-साधारण के सूचनार्थ प्रकाशित किया जाता है ; और एत+ारा यह सूचना दी जाती है कि उक्त प्रारूप अधिसूचना पर इस अिधसूचना को अंत4वष्ट करने वाले राजपत्र की प्रतियां जन साधारण के लिए उपलब्ध कराने की तारीख से साठ दिनों की अवधि समाप्त होने की तारीख को या उसके उपरांत विचार किया जाएगा;

प्रारूप अधिसूचना में अंत विष्ट प्रस्तावों संबंध में कोई आपत्ति करने या सुझाव देने का इDछु क कोई Fयक्ति उसे ऊपर विनिHदष्ट अवधि के भीतर के न्(cid:10)ीय सरकार के विचारार्थ लिखित रूप में सचिव, पर्यावरण, वन और जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्रालय, इंदिरा पर्यावरण भवन, जोर बाग रोड, नई दिल्ली-110003 को अJेषित कर सकता है अथवा ऐसी आपत्ति या सुझाव मंत्रालय के ई -मेल [email protected] तथा [email protected] पर सदस्य सिचव, सीपीसीबी और वैMानिक 'ई' को प्रेषित कर सकता है।

प्रारूप अधिसूचना

के न्(cid:10)ीय सरकार पर्यावरण )संरक्षण (िनयम , 1986 में आगे संशोधन लाने हेतु एत+ारा निम्निलिखत िनयम बनाती है अर्थात् :-

1. संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ– (1)इस नियमों को पर्यावरण (संरक्षण) संशोधन िनयम, 2020 कहा जाएगा। (2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में उनके अंितम रूप से प्रकाशित होने की तारीख से प्रभावी होंगे।

2. पर्यावरण (संरक्षण) िनयम, 1986 में, अनुसूची-I में Pम सं. 114 और उससे संबंिधत प्रविष्टियों के बाद निम्निलिखत Pम सं. और प्रविष्टियां अंत4वष्ट की जाएंगी, अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 8th January, 2020

G.S.R. 16(E).—The following draft of the notification, which the Central Government proposes to issue in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6 and 25 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) is hereby published, as required under sub-rule (3) of rule 5 of the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986, for the information of the public likely to be affected thereby; and notice is hereby given that the said draft notification shall be taken into consideration on or after the expiry of a period of sixty days from the date on which copies of the Gazette containing this notification are made available to the public.

Any person interested in making any suggestions or objections on the proposals contained in the draft notification may forward the same in writing, for consideration of the Central Government within the period specified above to the Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Indira Paryavaran Bhawan, Jor Bagh Road, New Delhi-110003, or send it to Member Secretary, CPCB and Scientist 'E' Ministry at the e-mail address i.e. [email protected] and [email protected].

Draft Notification

The Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement- (1) These rules may be called the Environment (Protection) Amendment Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their final publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986, in Schedule-l, after serial number 114 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:-

(vi) Any process rejects or left over of the hot mix should be recycled in the process.

(vii) The site shall be reinstated at the end of operation phase i.e. after dismantling the plant".
