काकाकाका....आआआआ.... 121212126666((((अअअअ))))....————कें (cid:8)ीय सरकार को ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि लोकिहत में यह आवश्यक है कि मल्लावरम (आं(cid:19) प्रदेश) से भीलवाड़ा (राजस्थान) तक प्राकृ तिक गैस के परिवहन के िलए तेलंगाना राज्य में जी.एस.पी.एल इंिडया ट्रांसको िलिमटेड द्वारा पाइपलाइन िबछाई जानी चािहए;

आं(cid:19) प्रदेश राज्य के प$िम गोदावरी िजला में आर.जी.टी.आई.एल (ताडेपल्लीगुडेम गांव) से तेलंगाना राज्य के पेद्दापल्ली िजला में आई.पी.एस-3 (गुमनूर गांव) तक पाइपलाइन िबछाई जानी चािहए;

और कें (cid:8)ीय सरकार को ऐसी पाइपलाइन िबछाने के प्रयोजन के िलये यह आवश्यक प्रतीत होता है कि ऐसी भूिम में जो इससे उपाब+ अनुसूची में व,णत है, और जिसमें उक्त पाइपलाइन िबछाए जाने का प्रस्ताव है, उपयोग के अिधकार का अर्जन किया जाए;

(1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अतः अब, कें (cid:8)ीय सरकार, पेट्रोलियम और खिनज पाइपलाइंस (भूिम में उपयोग के अिधकार का अर्जन) अिधिनयम 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते 3ए उस भूिम में उपयोग के अिधकार का अर्जन करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा करती है;

कोई 5क्ति, जो उक्त अनुसूची में व,णत भूिम में हितब+ है, उस तारीख से िजसको, भारत के राजपत्र में यथा प्रकाशित इस अिधसूचना की प्रतियाँ साधारण जनता को उपलब्ध करा दी जाती है, इ;ीस दिन के भीतर, भूिम के नीचे पाइपलाइन िबछाये जाने के िलए, उसमें उपयोग के अिधकार का अर्जन करने के संबंध में <ी िच. एच.वी.आर शर्मा, सक्षम प्राधिकारी, तेलांगाना, जी.एस.पी.एल. इंिडया ट्रानस्को िलिमटेड, मल्लावरम-भोपाल-भीलवाड़ा-िवजयपुर नेचुरल गॅस पाईपलाईन परियोजना, मकान सं. 24-7-264/1, तीसरी मंिजल, रामकृ ष्णा कॉलोनी फॉरेस्ट आफिस के समीप, हनमकोंडा – 506004, िजला वारंगल अर्बन, तेलंगाण राज्य को िलिखत रूप मे भेज सके गा ।

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 9th January, 2020

S.O. 126(E).—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest that for the transportation of Natural Gas from Mallavaram (Andhra Pradesh) to Bhilwara (Rajasthan), a pipeline should be laid in State of Telangana by GSPL India Transco Limited.

Pipeline from Tap off in RGTIL (Thadepalligudem) to IPS-3 (Gumnoor village) in Peddapalli District, Telangana State.

And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying such pipeline, it is necessary to acquire the right of user in land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which is described in the Schedule annexed hereto;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;

Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may, within twenty one days from the date on which the copies of this notification issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, as published in the Gazette of India, are made available to the general public, object in writing to the acquisition of the right of user therein or laying of the pipeline under the land, to Sri Ch. H.V.R Sarma, Competent Authority, Telangana, GSPL India Transco Limited, Mallavaram-Bhopal-Bhilwara-Vijaipur Project, H.No. 24-7-264/1, 3rd Floor, Ramakrishna Colony, Near Forest Office, Hanamkonda – 505 004, Warangal Urban District. of Telangana State.
