सासासासा....काकाकाका....िनिनिनिन.... 20202020((((अअअअ))))....————राष्ट्रपित, संिवधान के अनु(cid:17)छेद 309 के परंतुक के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते (cid:30)ए राष्ट्रीय सांस्कृ ितक संपदा संरक्षण अनुसंधानशाला, समूह 'क' पद (वै(ानिक) के भर्ती िनयम, 2019 में संशोधन करने के िलए निम्निलिखत िनयम बनाते हैं, अर्थात:
1. (1) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम राष्ट्रीय सांस्कृ ितक संपदा संरक्षण अनुसंधानशाला, समूह 'क' पद (वै(ानिक) के भर्ती (संशोधन) िनयम, 2019 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में इनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
2. राष्ट्रीय सांस्कृ ितक संपदा संरक्षण अनुसंधानशाला, समूह 'क' पद (वै(ानिक) के भर्ती िनयम, 2019 की अनुसूची में स्तंभ (7) में वै(ानिक 'ख' के पद से संबंिधत 7म संख्या 3 के सामने–
(क) मद (iii) के पश्चात ''वांछनीय'' शीर्षक के अंतर्गत निम्निलिखत मद को अंत:स्थािपत किया जाएगा, अर्थात:
2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)]''(iv) मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय या संस्थान से >ें च या जर्मन में प्रवीणता संबंधी प्रमाणपत्र।''
(ख) ''टिप्पण-4'' का लोप किया जाएगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th December, 2019
G.S.R. 20(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the National Research Laboratory for Conservation of Cultural Property, Group 'A' Posts (Scientific) Recruitment Rules, 2019, namely:-
1. (1) These rules may be called the National Research Laboratory for Conservation of Cultural Property, Group 'A' Posts (Scientific) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2019.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the National Research Laboratory for Conservation of Cultural Property, Group 'A' Posts (Scientific) Recruitment Rules, 2019, against serial number 3 relating to the post of Scientist 'B', in column (7),- (a) under the heading "DESIRABLE", after item (iii), the following item shall be inserted, namely:-
"(iv) certificate of proficiency in French or German from a recognised university or institution.";
(b) "Note-4" shall be omitted.
