का.आ.154(अ).—पेट्रोलियम और खिनज पाइपलाइन (भूिम में प्रयोक्ता के अिधकार का अर्जन) अिधिनयम, 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 2 के खंड (क) के अनुसरण में (इसके बाद इसे उक्त अिधिनयम कहा गया है), भारत सरकार एत(cid:26)ारा पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृ तिक गैस मंत्रालय में भारत सरकार की दिनांक 10.02.2010 की अिधसूचना का.आ. 454 जो दिनांक 13.02.2010 को भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित की गई, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है अर्थात्:
उक्त अिधसूचना में "$ी गगनदीप सिह, तहसीलदार, मैसर्स गेल (इंिडया) िलिमटेड में, प्रतिनियुक्ति पर, पंजाब" शब्दों के स्थान पर "$ी गगनदीप सिह, िजला राजस्व अिधकारी, मोगा, पंजाब सरकार, अतिरिक्त कार्यभार आधार पर" शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे।
2. यह अिधसूचना जारी होने की तारीख से लागू होगी।

CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 7th January, 2020
S. O.154(E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, S.O. 454 dated 10.02.2010 published in Gazette of India on 13.02.2010 namely:
In the said notification for the words "Shri Gagandeep Singh, Tehsildar, On deputation to M/s GAIL (India) Limited, Punjab" the words "Shri Gagandeep Singh, District Revenue Officer, Moga, Government of Punjab, on additional charge basis" shall be substituted.
2. This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
